Warded Mentally (me and Kiki)

As she walked into the office she was thankful Julian had the file ready for her. Taking it from his hands she nodded to his question. "Ye I've actually made some progress with him. he actually..." She stopped short when he leaned in and whispered in her ear. She couldn't believe what he had just heard. "Are you serious?!" She exclaimed.

He nodded at her exclamation. "Deadly. The original report said that they found him standing over them, his hands bloody, a bloodied knife on the floor with his fingerprints on it." He shook his head slowly. "He's been silent even since before the court case, now. Well, good luck to you with him." He nodded to her, before walking off for one of his own appointments.

She was left standing there in shock. She couldn't believe what she had just heard. As she wandered out into the hall she felt sick and disturbed. She had...She had made love with a killer. She thought he was just a little troubled but this was something entirely different. She made her way back to her office and just sat there in silence.

Alexander was in his cell, the door open with him on his bed. His eyes were closed, and he was lost in thought, looking at the back of his eyelids, as if he was reliving stuff.

She sat there in total silence and felt so disturbingly violated. She had strange thoughts running through her head. Had she been used? But he seemed so kind and good to her. Had it been an act to get what he wanted? These thoughts continued to bother her as she tried to go about her paperwork.

He laid there for a while, trying to straighten the past out in his head, but he couldn't get her out of his head. Sighing, he got up, leaving his cell and taking a beeline to Kiki's office, closing the door behind him.

Hearing the noise of her door closing she jumped. Looking up she saw him standing there. She just breathed in and looked him over trying not to back away. He didn't look dangerous. But she only had a few minutes 'till her afternoon patients started to arrive. "Y-yes Alexander? Was there something you need?" She asked trying not to stutter.

He heard her stuttering, something that she didn't do before, but he ignored that, moving to sit on the chair. "I find it soothing here with you. Can I stay here, if you have time left?"

He wanted to stay. Shit. But looking at him she couldn't refuse him so she nodded. "I only have a few minutes but go ahead make yourself comfy." She said softly as she tried not to fidget.

His face fell a little bit as he heard that she didn't have time, and he stood slowly. "It's alright." He said, before heading out the door. He headed back towards the solarium, wanting to just rest now in the sun.

As he left the fear that had built suddenly dissipated. He had looked so sad when she said she didn't have time. She stood up when he left and thought about going after him. But then her first patient showed up and she couldn't make it past her desk. As she sat through her first few patients she was thinking about Alexander the whole time. Was he really a killer? Or was he setup....As she talked with one of more calm patients he got on the subject of his tattoos. Remembering Alexander's rose tattoo, she remembered the reason he had got it. His mother's death. Why would he get a tattoo like that if he had killed her.

Alexander was laying there in the solarium, his hand on the rose on his arm. It still stung at times, since it was rather fresh, not having much time to get it before he was arrested. The sun started to go down, and he went to the cafeteria, getting some food and a orange. He sat down at a table, picking at his food like usual.

Finishing up her last patient for the day she made her way to the cafeteria to grab a bite to eat before heading home. Grabbing her normal grilled chicken salad and mountain dew she made her way back through. Seeing Alexander she stopped and looked him over. She thought about walking over and sitting with him. But she didn't know if she'd be to nervous.

He was absorbed in his own thoughts, his head tilted downward at his food, that he didn't even notice Kiki. He was eating slowly, grabbing a slice of orange every so often and sucking on it.

Deciding to take a chance she walked over and sat down in the chair across from him. He truly didn't seem that dangerous. She wondered now if Julian had been pulling her leg before.

He was surprised to see that someone was sitting opposite him, and when he lifted his head up, even more surprised to see Kiki there. He smiled, nodding to her before continuing to eat.

She smiled and opened her salad, pouring the dressing on it she picked up her fork and began to eat. She wanted him to speak first so she ate in silence until he felt like talking. If he would that is.

He wouldn't talk. The only time he talked was when the two of them were alone in her office. So he finished his food, and with a soft look to her, he went back into his room, laying down.

She blinked and then understood. He wouldn't talk to her when other people could be listening. Trashing her salad container and soda can she made her way back to her office to finish up the days paperwork. When she was finished she made her her way out of her office and locked it. Passing by Alexander's room she slips another Goodnight note under his door. She seriously was beginning to think Julian had been joking. But it was best to find out from the higher ups tomorrow.

Alexander got the note as she walked by, moving and putting it with the other one before falling asleep. He woke up early, simply looking outside until the sun came up. He heard the click, and he went out of his room, exploring slightly.

She came in around nine as promptly as ever. Today she had group therapy and from the way her charts looked , a solo session with Alexander around two. Her whole day was packed and it seems that she would have no extra time to go see the higher ups about his case. She reached her office and unlocked it. Walking in she flicked on the lights and started her morning paperwork.

Alexander walked to the cafeteria, getting himself some breakfast and sitting down to eat it. It didn't last long before he was wandering the halls again, but soon found himself in the group therapy room. It would be a hour before the session, and he had no problem waiting, so he sat down, silent.

After she had finished her paperwork she straightened up her desk and stepped out of her office. Closing the door she made her way though the halls and down to the group therapy room. Looking through one of the windows she saw that Alexander was already sitting and waiting. After watching him for a moment or two she walked into the room leaving the door open to et her other patients know that she was already there. Making her way over to her seat she sat down and put her clipboard on her lap. "Good morning." She said nodding to him. She didn't expect him to do more than nod and a smile from him. Maybe not even the smile....

He heard footsteps, thought that it was just another patient coming down into the room, but it was Kiki. There wasn't anyone else in the room yet, and he smiled as she greeted him. "Good morning." He said quietly to her, before people started filing in. It was the same group as before.

She began the session as soon as everyone was in the room and seated. She began with the same questions as before, skipping over Alexander knowing better now. It seemed that everyone was a little more active today, but still not talking much. She tried a few more things with them today to see if she could get any of them to open it up but it seemed almost impossible.
