Specifically, I enjoy historical Japanese roleplays which would include geishas, samurai, shinobi, etc.
Some of my favorite animes would be:
Basilisk
Bleach-Hisagi Shuhei, Muguruma Kensei, Aizen Sousuke x OC (I only followed Bleach up until the end of the Aizen arc.)
Hakouki Shinsengumi Kitan- I REALLY want to do a rp on this series or at least loosely based on it. I am a shinsengumi fan, what can I say.
Any of the main characters would be fine, but I'm particularly fond of Hijikata.
Rurouni Kenshin
And of course, I'd certainly be open to a generic setting in historical Japan.
