Anona rolled over so she laid on her back on the ground, she was in so much pain right now and she felt so weak, that level of shift drained her energy greatly. Though there was multiple reasons for doing this she was quite happy to help her out as she stood up coughing a little more. The sounds were roaring outside of the shield if you stood close by but inside it was clam and quiet despite the wild images of wing flowing around them. When she had secured a defense with her magic she sat down at the fire, Alicia would try her hand at cooking. She remembered seeing Anona cook a couple times before and she tried to recreate the same situation making sure to feed it to her when Anona woke up from the ordeal that she had been through.

While the stew was bubbling she looked back at her, noticing that she was squirming she walked over sitting next to her putting a hand on her cheek caressing her some. The thought crossed her mind as she lowered her head down and put a small peck on Anona's cheek sitting back up, standing walking back over to the stew she cooked it while she studied her book again chanting softly getting some more memorized.

Anona squirmed more in her sleep but she seemed to almost move into Alicia's every touch, It was as if her mind wanted more, but Anona's hardened soul would not give in easily to such things. She had often craved the touch of another yet at the same time she deeply feared it, not for the feeling but what it would mean. She feared surrendering completely to some one, to be completely vulnerable to that one person, to hold nothing back. That was what truly scared her, but after what she had felt during her shift she didn't know what to feel right now. She had felt this strong release of emotions, but she wasn't scared of them, Alicia made her feel differently, she made her feel like she could do this. Like she wasn't just caught under the beasts power like she had a choice in this, she did enjoy that feeling greatly it made her feel like she could be what she wanted to be.

Anona slowly opened her eyes just in time to watch Alicia walk away, she felt saddened in a way as she watched her leave. Anona slowly sat up and got to her feet. She was careful not to make a sound, she slowly approached Alicia and gently rested her hand on the girls shoulder. She turned her and lightly kissed her cheek, she was not very familiar with how you treated a loved one, but then again she was still unsure of how she felt. She hesitated a moment then lightly kissed Alicia on the lips then moved away, she was not entirely comfortable with human contact yet but she was trying. We could use some extra gold for more ingredients, as well as some herbs for other things like medicine and whatnot." Alicia commented as she sat down by her though not too close as she realized that Anona was still trying to handle the affection she had been given.

Alicia had taken a sip as she finally looked at her, Alicia's eyes were full of concern and caring if Anona glanced up she could see the amount pouring from them. "Hey, Anona...whats wrong? Did the kiss bother you?..." Alicia said with concern as she took gentle sips out of the soup while keeping her eyes on Anona, now with attraction rising she was occasionally looking the female warrior over though it was discretely as she awaited an answer.

She said with a blush as she gathered her clothing getting dressed rather quickly looking refreshed. Alicia nodded when she heard Anona though rather respond she went up to her and gave her kiss on the lips with another smile flashed after. "Alright then we better get going if we have a lot of ground to cover.", She said sweetly as she picked up her things already to head out.

Anona shook her head "no we have one more thing before we leave" she said and grabbed Alicia by the arm pulling her into a deep and passionate kiss. While she normally was very reserved and stand offish she was trying to do better for Alicia, she cared for her deeply though right now she wasn't entirely ready to deal with those feelings head on. With that expression out of the way she moved away heading out of the cam, they had so much ground to cover and she needed to keep her head clear. Slowly Alicia took one of her second heaviest things which was one of her packs and handed it to her lover, though she hoped she could call Anona 'sweetie' or 'honey' it almost made Anona feel like she was Alicia's and nobody else's. As they climbed higher into the mountains, she looked up seeing that storm would be upon them soon, it would not be too strong a storm but she did not want them to be caught out in it. Increasing their pace, she knew she would be fine in a storm she was not so certain about her companion. She started looking for a shelter, they would need protection from the weather, the heavy winds would cut through their clothing and freeze them. Finding an over hang she made her way there quickly, "we need to get some fire wood a storm is starting" she said softly. Setting down the packs she rushed off to find some wood, she was able to find a few old branches which she broke down and brought them over to the over hang.

Alicia nodded, "Fair enough Anona." she said calmly though she was slightly crestfallen at the response. Though she suspected it was cause Anona had to be very cold and reclusive due to how things had gone down in her past. Alicia had kept her cool and made sure that she listened to her new lover/companion as they climbed the mountains. The cold, powerful wind at times was quite difficult to deal with though she would deal with it for Anona and the fact she was learning about the real world in senses. The storm they were trying to outrun seemed to loom over them with each passing second they climbed.

When the storm was on them Anona had found a clearing though it was an overhang to make sure they had protection from the storm. When Anona had gone after what she could find for wood Alicia had built a pretty good makeshift fire pit for them to put the sticks into, and what Alicia could find for sticks for the wood fire she tossed into the pit. While she waited for Anona she had took one of the fire spells she had learned from her book which she practiced when Anona came back. Instead of using a flint and tinder she would just use her magic to conjure up a nice sizable flame to burn the branches and other twigs they managed to find on this surface of the mountain. Alicia couldn't believe she was so high up, it seemed like a day ago that she was standing on the flat ground now she was up in the air on a mountain looking down. The air was also harder to breath which she suspect it was due to being so high up.
