Damien smiled at Lanna politely, who was now walking next to him. He'd known her for a long time. Not too personally, but they'd been at school together for as long as he could remember. They never knew each other too well, but she was always just there. He felt bad about never saying anything together before. Although, whether he felt bad because she seemed nice, or because she was seriously attractive, he wasn't sure. It felt weird now. He hoped he hadn't upset her in any way. Maybe she hadn't even noticed. She was only out there with him now because Harlie was there, right?

He looked over at Harlie, who looked pissed, uncomfortable and upset. He wasn't sure why. Obviously there was something going on between Harlie and Lanna, but it seemed like there was more than that. He looked at her, standing there in his jacket, which almost swallowed her, and smiled. It was strange. She suddenly seemed so defenceless and innocent with her emotions written all over her face instead of her usual smug look. She wasn't biting heads off or being super bitchy. It just wasn't right seeing her so upset.

"The park sounds good," He replied absently, snapping out of it when Lanna's hand brushed against his. He smirked, clearly both proud and amused. He wasn't quite sure if Lanna was doing this because she liked him or because she didn't really like Harlie.
"Would she really try and use me to make Harlie jealous?" He thought. He looked Lanna up and down, before looking down at the pavement.
"..Not that I'd complain.."

She simply was unsure what to do . She normally had the utmost amount of control in any situation she was in , but she felt like a blubbering baby bird who had fallen out of the nest , and still couldn't fly . And comparing her to that , she must really be going crazy . She hadn't seen Lanna's hand brush Damien's , but she did see his smile , and how he looked her up and down . Her whole body shuddered inwardly , and she could see it now , Lanna and Damien all over each other . The vision blinded her momentarily , and she tripped , physically tripped . "Ouch" she said rather loudly , before she could think . She looked down sheepishly , hoping they were too entranced in each other to realize her stupid mistake . Clumsiness was certainly not one of her usual characteristics .

She continued walking with them to the park , her heart fast and sounding unreliable to her , as if it would simply stop and drop into her stomach at any moment , or choke her throat . It was unusual for her , and it confused the fuck out of her . Grumbling absently , she refused to even look up again , at either Damien or Lanna . She felt wrong not snapping at anyone , or trying to mentally abuse another person . This silent , reserved her , was not right , really not right at all . She was being too easy to read , and she knew it . It was almost pathetic .

She just wanted to grab Damien and drag him away from the threat classified as Lanna , the girl who she used to be friends with . She was good looking , like Harlie , and she always remembered being interested in the same guys as each other , but Harlie usually won , as Lanna was never as aggressive or vicious as her . But this time , she seemed determined , unlike she usually used to be . Which only ignited the inner flame in Harlie even more , making her feel hot and touchy all over . She knew one more wrong look or move from either of them , and she might not be so pleasant anymore . She looked straight ahead , not giving either of them the time of day anymore .

Lanna smiled at Damien when he realzed just what he was working with. But then in the corner of her eye she saw Harlie trip, heard her cursed "Ow." The old Lanna desperately clawed out of her and flipped her inside out. Harlie! Are you okay? she asked, suddenly frightened. She wanted to help but she could obviously see Harlie was beyond angry and didn't want to be touched.

Lanna looked back at the boy with a helpless look, and decided it was time to just leave her alone. She shrugged it off and looked at the pavement, which quickly turned to asphalt and then grass. She was at the park with her old best friend who now hated her and crush since forever. She felt guilty in the pit other stomach but resisted leaving. She openly sighed, and looked up as the sun started to emerge from the dark wisps of clouds.

The blonde looked over at Damien again, who had trained his eyes to the ground as well, and she was curious as to what his reaction would be..she gingerly touched his arm and pulled up her bag, taking out her phone. I wonder. she thought blandly, and dropped her bag, which hung again at her hip and checked the time. It's nine forty-six. she smiled and this time hooked her phone into her pocket, watching Harlie shrink in the large jacket. It was really sad for Lanna to see this side of Harlie. Which wasn't even one of her sides, it was just a new girl. Jealousy beat the shit our of her. Lanna knew at this point there was no way she would just snap into the regular queen bee. This would take no less than a hug and few words, maybe a bit of time. Lanna gritted her teeth and sighed. Then they filed onto a bench where it sat accordingly: Damien, Lanna, and Harlie. Maybe they should of had male in the middle. But then Harlie would win, Lanna knew it.

"Observant are we?" The bright eyed girl questioned with a small smile before once more contemplating on whether getting into the pool was really the best thing. She didn't have another change of clothes..
Walking a little to the side before stepping back like she was rethinking this very much.
"Maybe I should..." She took another step back, motioning behind her that she should go before a grin made its way on her pink lips before she ran and jumped in next to him.
The water was cold and momentarily stunned her before she pushed herself up and above the water smiling and swimming over to the edge.
"Well, the water feels nice." Emily commented though she huddled close to the wall for warmth.

Damien's heart fluttered when Harlie tripped. He then realized he actually didn't want her to get hurt. Was he getting feelings for the seemingly cold hearted girl? He turned when he heard her "ouch" but didn't react. He simply raised his eyebrows at her and turned around. Harlie was the kind of girl who would probably kill you for pointing out these things. She didn't seem very impressed, either. Neither looking at Damien, nor Lanna. He hoped he wasn't the one upsetting her, but it was likely. It was fine, though. He was single, attractive and was with two very attractive girls. Why should he feel bad? God knows how many guys Harlie had been with lately. Was he supposed to feel sorry for her now? Not going to happen.

He raised an eyebrow when Lanna touched his arm. She was doing this on purpose. Had Harlie not been around, he would probably would have grabbed her ass. Speaking of, he looked down and smirked. She really did have a nice body. He looked somewhere else when he realized anyone could catch him staring, and almost drooling. He actually didn't feel bad. Quite amused, if anything.

When they finally reached the park and sat on the bench, Damien was on the end, next to Lanna. He looked around, then over at Harlie and gave her his special smile. He actually wasn't sure what time it was, but had the feeling their first class was over. He put his arm behind Lanna and reached into the pocket of his jacket, purposely pressing against Lanna, acting as if it was just so he could reach his jacket. He grabbed his phone and withdrew his arm, checking the time, staying where he was on the seat. He wasn't taking this very seriously. It was mostly just a game to him.
"I know we just got here, but can we head back soon? I enjoy bugging the English teacher, and I wanted to catch up with Xavier," He asked to no one in particular. He also just wanted to get out of the cold. Luckily, he could feel Lanna's body warmth where he was sitting.

She obviously had seen Damien staring at Lannas body . Just like every guy in the time she'd known Lanna . Lanna and her own body were similar , but Harlie could be considered a bit lighter , not as thick in a few places . She didn't really mind , as she usually got what she wanted in the end anyways . But by the way Damien was scoping Lanna out , her hops in that department faltered the slightest bit . She wanted to be her usual confident , cocky self and make them feel as if she was totally normal , but it didn't look like it was going to happen . She really wished it would though . Grumbling lightly to herself , she rolled her eyes as the two gawked at each other it seemed . She knew she was over exaggerating , but to her it simply seemed overdone , and she felt too helpless for her own good .

She of course realized when Damien put his arm behind Lanna . Almost like one of those moves in the movies you always saw , but the only difference was that Damien didn't wrap it around Lanna , or scoot closet , really . But it was still agitating . Though , she did happen to catch his eye when he threw her his special smile . She merely gawked at him for a second , and then shook her head , rolling her eyes , attempting to act indifferent . She hoped she wasn't failing .

She refrained from looking at Lanna again , for fear of her anger sparking up again . The girl seemed to be running too close of a race , and that shouldn't of even been possible , but who knew , they hadn't talked since Freshman year , an the girl could've changed her tactics in 2 years . Harlie however just got stronger and more vicious , more well known overall . She was often the center of gossip , but it was hardly bad , as people knew of she found out someone was talking too much shit about her , they'd be put in their place , and it wouldnt be so much fun then .

Smirking slightly to herself , she started to think about all the cruel things she could do to the freshmen , but she was snapped out of it when Damien reached into the jacket pocket , his hand touching her a bit , since she was the one wearing it . She groaned lightly , and gave him her signature look . As of to say , 'Really?' . But she shook it off , and looked away again , hearing him say he wanted to get back soon . She grinned the slightest bit , and saw her opportunity to ruin at least a little bit of Lannas fun . "I totally agree with Damien" she said , pure acid behind her tone , a fake smile smothering her perfect pink lips . A touch of her usual self shining through . Her eyes sparked with her certain viciousness as she looked from Lanna to Damien .

Lanna noticed as Damien obviously checked her out, feeling confident she was pulling ahead of Harlie. If it was a body Damien needed and/or wanted, she had it right there. Which confused her slightly, if Lanna had always been the more attractive one, why was she always getting guys for Harlie? She frowned, looked over at her but shrugging. The blonde could tell he was ready to grab her if Harlie wasn't around. She wished her old friend wasn't.

Lanna scooted closer to Damien as he reached into his jacket, ignoring her words filled with poison. "Yep." she just shrugged, pressing her side into the boy. A grin growing on her lips. She could feel the small growing hunger of Damien, his body heat reaching for hers. Lanna loved the way he had flipped, now aching to ditch Harlie. "I'm sure if were gone for over two periods they'll call anyway." she sighed and rolled her eyes, turning to the boy and letting her thumb rub his knee. She looked up at him with flirty eyes, and a crooked smile but nothing more. She also glanced to the side as if to say, 'She's ready to go.' or something of the sort.

She just backed off, reclaiming the middle and biting her bottom lip. Lanna leaned back though, sinking into his arm again and prepared to be attacked if Harlie decided it was time. Over the years she might have gotten more school, or popularity power, but Lanna always had the strength at fighting. Under all of her girly and curved body, she had muscles. As kids whenever they fought, Harlie was always the looser, it was Lanna's upper-hand. She felt her upper lip curled up in a smirk, but it soon disappeared as she saw the looks exchanged between Harlie and Damien. She rolled her eyes sarcastically and slid her hand onto the bench, itching to push Harlie farther by touching him again. She really was just testing the girl, seeing how far she could push her. No matter what Harlie rumored, Lanna wouldn't break. Because she knew how to break her.

When Emily made moves to leave he stopped and all he could feel was his heart thudding in his chest. The cool water was lost to him and his eyes were set only on his new conquest. Was she about to leave him after getting this far? That was new to him he wasn't used to being stood up like that and he was scared he was losing his touch. He was sure he and Damien were at the peak of their game or maybe Damien was passing him by. Naw that couldn't happen right? They were equals for the most part weren't they? It was them versus the world. His musings were cut short by Emily running towards the pool. He watched her sail into the water and he shielded himself from the splash. He chuckled and went under the water coming back up inches from her. He pressed some his body against her. "As promised I'll keep you warm." He was mostly using it as an excuse to get close to her and make bold moves.

Propping her arms up on the ledge immediate warmth rushed to her face as he pressed against her.
Holy crap, she thought he was just playing around. "Ah, Xavier you don't - Oh... " Emily tried pushing him back with her rear, not thinking anything of it until her petite back met his chest, her ass rubbing against that particular bulge in his boxers. "You really are warm." She breathed before recoiling back to the wall to regain her composure.

Xavier was about to accept defeat when she started to tell him she didn't need his body heat. But her sentence was cut short and he couldn't even respond for a second as well. It got eerily quiet for those few moments. She had accidentally rubbed her ass against his more prize winning area and his heart was definitely speeding up. The cool water kept him from getting heated up too quickly though. He tried hard to keep his hormones in check. When all he wanted was to take what little of her clothes remained off. He wasn't an ass man but he had to admit he liked her's. "I tried to tell you I was."

Turning so she now face him she kept herself up with one hand, using her feet to kick. Emily was a good swimmer, there was a small lake near her small town. That also kept her waist slim, even if she didn't have a high metabolism she had to admit that her body was something she kept well tuned. "I'm not so sure I should trust myself around you is all, no offence." She smiled a bit. He had gotten her to cut class, strip down to her underwear and jump in a pool. This man truly had power, and her defenses unknowingly to her were starting to crumble.
There was still the whole party tonight though. She couldn't let all the fun happen today. Slipping away from him and under the water she swam under the water over the more shallow end where she could stand. As she rose up she moved her hair back out of the way smiling and moving it to one side of her shoulder.

Damien smirked when Harlie gawked at him. She liked his smile and they both knew it. He couldn't tell if she was trying to be annoyed with him, but it didn't seem to be working very well. He winked at her when she gave him the typical Harlie expression. He smiled again when she agreed they should get back to the school. Her voice sounded deadly, and he was half certain it wasn't meant for him. She was slowly going back to her old self. Damien was glad.

His attention was turned back to Lanna when she leaned against him and rubbed his knee. He looked at her and audibly gulped some air. She was doing this on purpose and he really wanted more. He bit his lip and sat perfectly still for a few more seconds. He hadn't realized he'd been holding his breath until Lanna moved away and he released it. If only the girls didn't dislike each other so much...maybe they could..

Sitting up quickly, Damien decided it was time to go. Lanna was making him feel extremely "bothered" and he wasn't quite sure if she realised it or not. He turned to the girls and smiled politely before speaking.
"I'm going to get some work done today. Feel free to tag along if you like."
And with that, he turned around and walked away, heading back towards the school. His rubbed his arm with one hand when a cold breeze blew past, with his thermos still in his other hand.

Lanna shrugged, standing and walking behind him slowly. She waited until they were completley out of earshot until she strided beside him and spoke, "I couldn't help but notice you...enjoyed, but neither returned my interest." she said lightly, looking up sideways at him and cocking an eyebrow. "Are you really that wrapped around her finger?" she frowned, looking down at his hand, debating in her mind whether to snatch it or not. Any second now she could come running up, leaping into his arms and leeching onto him. Brainwashing him.

She felt a pain in her chest at this thought, she didn't want him to be corrupted by Harlie. She shook her head, looking towards where they were headed, literally leaving Harlie there. This would push her over, Lanna knew it. But she didn't care. The girl simply look up, giving her own face by half grinning, and she sighed. She bit her bottom lip and could now see that they were crossing a street.

She saw the lamp post on the other side of him, and she grinned. Steadily, she glided past him and pushed the button, returning to her spot and not even touching him. Her eyes grew cold as she stared at Damien out of the corner of her eye. "I wish..." she mumbled, hoping she would have even just grazed him. Or wishing she didn't have to make all of the moves and seem so desperate to have him. Even though whatever she did made him swoon and gasp. She liked that she had this effect.

Lanna rushed across the street, a few feet ahead of him, just to distance herself. Even as much as she liked him, she realized by the minute how much Harlie had influenced him by the hour. She turned around, half hoping he was at least ogling her. Half expecting him to be lighting a smoke or ignoring her completely. She suddenly felt vulnerable, how open she was acting towards him.

Damien was a little surprised when Lanna appeared behind him. He was actually expecting Harlie, if anyone, to join him. It wasn't a bad surprise though. He would have to catch up with Harlie later anyway, as she still had his jacket. He chuckled a little when Lanna made a remark about him being wrapped around Harlie's finger. He wasn't at all. They had been friends for a long time and Damien knew Harlie very well. He would never let himself be "wrapped" around anyone's finger. Any petty arguments between Lanna and Harlie were none of his business.

He watched Lanna as she practically danced around him, where just minutes ago she would have tried to make some form of physical contact. It was quite disappointing, but he still had his mind on the fact that she thought Harlie was influencing him. Maybe Lanna was just a little jealous. He watched her as she ran ahead and sighed quietly to himself. He opened up his bag and slipped the thermos inside.

Damien looked around, checking for Harlie. No sight of her. Lanna was across the street. He picked up his pace until he'd caught up with her, matching her pace. He looked at her out of the corner of his eye for a few seconds before he stopped, grabbing hold of her arm to stop her. He placed one hand on her cheek, the other on her right shoulder, and kissed her lips deeply, and a little roughly. After a few seconds, he let go, taking a step back. Wrapped around Harlie's finger? Hardly. He walked past her, speaking as he did. "Xavier and I are throwing a party tonight. You up for it?" He kept walking.

Lanna wasn't expecting that. She grinned, and walked up beside him. Not so tied up after all. she thought, enjoying the aftertaste on her lips. "Yea, when are you picking me up?" she said seriously, expecting him to not tell her when but question her. She was beginning to like this, this odd friendship growing. It was exciting and fun. Lanna looked around for Harlie, and when none show up, she grinned.

Her pink lips opened again as if she were to say something, but then she closed them again, savoring the time waiting for his response. Her skin still tingled from where he had touched her. Why did he? Because he could or because he wanted too? For Lanna still knew if she left, Harlie would catch up and take him back. It was a simple given.

Lanna sighed, crossing her arms under her breasts, pushing them up a bit under her thin v-neck. It still was raather cold, and she didn't think he would touch her. Not like he did to Harlie. So affectionately and comfortably. She didn't know him that well, she only knew she wanted him. And couldn't resist him. Lanna could admit it, she was jealous. Of all the times Harlie won and got what she wanted by simply being a slut. She could admit that too.

Lana shrugged it off and looked at Damien. "I guess your not." she smiled flirty, but then shook her head, retreating. She felt like Harlie's eyes were burning on her, so she looked back. No sign of her. How badly she wanted to grab him and pull him into a nearest bush, and fuck his brains out. But she couldn't, not yet. At the next street light, she bit her lip and walked past him again, her fingertips running over his abs. God, how nice they felt. But she held this in as she pushed the button and past his backside, fingers rimming his pants. Lanna smiled and walked ahead again, stopping at the other side.

As they had all got up and started walking , Harlie had made it a point to lag behind . A real point . So much , to where she even lost sight of them , meaning they lost sight of her . It wasn't what she planned , but her whole 'plan' was crumbling to pieces by the second anyway . She knew the two were too engulfed in each other anyways probably to even notice her disappearance . She burned inside , either with anger or disappointment she didn't know . She wanted to throw that right into the bag , but she was having issues gettin a handle on it to begin with .

She eventually caught up enough when they stopped at the streetwalk , for her to see them , but not the other way around . She saw Lanna dimly dancing around Damien like he was a strip pole . And Harlie was pretty sure that was exactly what Lanna wanted ... Probably what Damien wanted to . And it made her want to yell , grab the girl by the shirt , neck , anything she could get ahold of any throw her to the fucking wolves . It'd be a pleasure to watch .

And then she saw it . They exchanged some conversation , then Samien kissed her . Held her cheek and kissed her . Kissed her . Her vision entranced on the two momentarily before she felt something warm welling in her eyes . What was that ? Oh God . She was crying . What the fuck is wrong with me ? She thought heavily , rubbing at her traitor eyes viciously . If they want to go fuck each others lights out , who am I to stop them . Damien just thinks I'm a slut anyways , they both do . Their probably right , I don't have feelings anyways . And after that she felt the slightest bit better . They weren't going to wait on her ? Wasn't her issue .

She too the other side of the street , clearly visible now , and walked right through the passing cars . Not really worried . She kept walking , a quite quick pace , her face contorted into her usual vicious scowl , her shark like teeth protruding . She beat them back to the school and thats all that mattered . As she was walking by the doors , she stopped , an saw the school dumpster . Frowning slightly , she threw the jacket off , and put it half way in . She couldnt bring herself to put it all in . She texted Danien quickly , hoping her anger could seep through a text . Harlie: If you want your jacket back , it's in the school dumpster . It wasn't a total lie , but it was partial , and she knew he'd find out . But now with the jacket gone , he had no excuse to see get later , and it was rather disappointing . But she didn't know how much she wanted to see him . Lanna had him wrapped around her finger . Now , she was going to do something desperate . She was going back to class . She knew she had the same class as Damien , and they sat rather near eachother , but she wasn't expecting him with the way things between him and Lanna were going . A small part of her hoped she was wrong though .

Damien wasn't very surprised by Lanna's question. He didn't have much to do and could quite easily pick her up. He only planned on getting home to change first anyway. He watched her as she pushed her breasts up, smirking at her confidence. He walked alongside her, biting his lip as she traced her fingers along his body.
"Just text me when you're ready," he replied.

They walked together in a comfortable silence. They had almost reached the school when Damien's phone vibrated in his pocket. He pulled it out and read the text message he had received. It was from Harlie. Uh-oh.
"If you want your jacket back, it's in the school dumpster." it said. Damn. Had she seen him kiss Lanna? He hadn't seen her anywhere. Then again, Harlie was incredibly sneaky. Maybe she was just upset because he had left. Maybe she was just taking her frustrations out on him, or his jacket, at least. His favourite jacket. Maybe Harlie didn't understand.

Sighing, Damien tapped in a quick reply.
"Damien: Sweetheart, I gave my jacket to -you- for a reason. My keys and wallet are in there."
He shoved his phone back in his pocket and turned to Lanna. "I gotta run. See you later," he said, tipping her chin up with his hand. He turned and ran, heading a different direction to get to the back of the school. He reached the dumpster eventually, finding his jacket half inside. Luckily she hadn't shoved it all the way in. He picked it up and checked to make sure his belongings were still there. They were.

With his jacket slung over his shoulder, Damien walked through the halls of the school, finally making it to his classroom. He walked inside and saw there was actually quite a few people in there. He saw Harlie, and only gave her a half-smile, which didn't even make it to his eyes. He wasn't exactly impressed with the fact that she had put his jacket in a dumpster. He took a seat at an empty desk, to the right of Harlie. He put his bag down on the floor next to him and put his jacket over his chair, sitting back with his arms folded across his chest.

She was sitting there when she got the message , the phone vibrating in her pocket . She knew who it was . She pulled out her phone , not even caring if the teacher saw . She really never got her phone taken . Frowning slightly when she read it , she felt the slightest bit of guilt . But it didn't stay for long when the kiss flooded her vision again . Then the guilt was totally gone . But the way he had said 'you' , kind of made her question what he really meant . But what could he really mean ? She didn't know . But she texted him back quickly . Harlie: And I guess it was only half way in for a reason too. She replied simply , slipping her phone back into her pocket .

She continued to just sit there , and finally , out of boredom , she laid her head down , and yawned lightly , closing her eyes . She heard the door open a few times , obviously other students finally making it to class . She didn't even raise her head or open her eyes , until she heard someone sit in a seat to get right . She lazily peeked an eye open , and then her head shot straight up , before she could stop it . She hadn't meant to respond so positively , but she sadly had before she could stop herself . She saw his half smile , but it didn't look quite meant . She replied with a small frown , slight guiltiness appearing again , due to how she had wrongly assumed what he'd be doing with the rest of the day . It was obvious he was no longer with Lanna , since he was here .

She looked around awkwardly for a second , before whispering finally , just to where he could hear it . "Sorry it was your favorite jacket ." she said shortly , totally unlike her . She never said sorry . But to make the comment like her usual self , she added . "Not sorry I did it" she said , looking back down . Her mind then went to the party , and she groaned inwardly . Of course Damien was going , him and Xavier were best friends . And she was more than positive he had invited Lanna , and knowing Lanna as well as she did , she had likely leeched a ride from him . Frowning , she spoke again , her usual acid gone . "And so you know , I'm not going to go to the party . Be sure to tell Lanna that" she said , the last part including the usual acid . She gave him her look , as of to say , 'I saw that kiss , don't think I didnt' . She wasn't sure if she really wasn't going to go , but right then , she didn't want to think about the possibility of going and seeing Damien and Lanna retreating to a bedroom .

Xavier confirmed that he had her right where he wanted her. Her body wanted to move in on him it was just her mind that was stopping her really. "Most people follow their instincts. This is highschool your suppose to let loose a little. But I guess we can pick up the fun later." He watched her swim away watching her form move in a smooth way. So many images flooded into his mind at that point. But he liked his views more up close and personal. He swam right after her. He rose out of the water slowly letting the water roll down his body. His boxers were soaked and were clinging to his bulge even more now. He alway had a thing for girls with long hair and she looked stunning as she moved her hair onto her shoulder. The scene was in slow motion and his eyes were drawn to her.

Lanna shuffled into class, seeing Damien with his jacket she furrowed her brow. It was odd. Had they met up? No, that text had to be from Harlie about his jacket. Lanna shrugged and sat one row behind both of them, just so she could watch. But she sat one seat behind Damien. The girl stuck out her toe and poked the small of his back. She smirked playfully.

She barely looked at Harlie, not exactly caring about yer opinion anymore. She got tired of surrendering. Lanna put her head in her hands, staring at the white board as the teacher droned on. She sighed aloud, getting a couple of stares from others as she did so. One boy cleared his throat, the teacher rolled his eyes.

Lanna made a poured lip, nudging Damien again. She ran a hand through her hair, and blinked a few times. Something in the back of her mind made little rhythmless tunes, entertaining her and distracting her from the lesson.

Damien bit his lip to hide a smirk when Harlie's head shot up. She wouldn't be able to stay mad at him for long. She returned his smile with a frown, which he expected. He raised his eyebrows at her when she half-apologized for his jacket. He shrugged and pulled his phone out of his pocket. He had a new text message. Must have missed it. It was from Harlie. He read it and turned to her, giving her a sad smile. It was genuine this time, though.

Then Harlie stated she wasn't going to the party. He frowned, watching her as Lanna walked into the classroom. She took a seat behind him, and of course, started nudging him with her foot. He chuckled to himself quietly and shook his head. He could really do without that distraction right now. He looked over at Harlie again and then down at his phone, thumbing in a message to her.
Damien: Sweetheart, you truly are heartbreaking. What's the fun of going to a party if you won't be there? Please do come? x :) He hung his arm on the back of his chair, sitting on an angle where he was half facing Harlie.

Something occurred to Emily as Xavier swam up in front of her, trying to occupy herself from starring at his chest and those boxers barely hanging onto those hips of his she twirled her hair and looked around. "How am I suppose to explain my wet hair to my other teachers?" She had disregarded his last sentence. What exactly did he mean by loosen up or the fun part. Did he mean that party of his? Oh yes, she had almost forgotten about that. He was sure good at distracting a gal, maybe having him around wasn't the best influence for her in school.
At this moment all she could really focus on was him, it didn't seem like she could get away from him. Mentally for physically for that matter and she wasn't entirely forbidding it either. She knew her boundaries and he hadn't seem to cross any of those yet. Or if he ever would..
Gosh what was getting to her? Him, no doubt.

She was really failing at this 'angry' thing . She could be angry , simply fuming at Lanna , but it was different with Damien . Things were simply not the same . And she knew he was aware that her anger wasn't going to last . And when she saw him finally see the message , and his sad smile , genuine this time , was given to her , she practically melted . And she wanted to shoot herself in the foot . Melted? What the hell was wrong with her!. She coughed lightly , clearing her throat , seeing Lanna walk in . She almost immediately burst into flames , wanting to get that smug , sure smirk from her face . She could see her messing with Damien from behind , an seeing him simply shake his head instead of a different response , ignited a small flame of hope in her .

When she felt the text , she smirked lopsidedly , in her cute little way . She read it , an the whole 'Sweetheart' thing almost made her smile , but she wasn't going to be too much of putty in his hands . She replied quickly . Harlie: Well , darling , I'm sure you'll have plenty of fun with Lanna , she looks quite interesting , no ? I'm sure get body is just great . But maybe I'll just go . I'll have to find someone to go with though. she texted back , giving him an actual smile , and seeing him turn to where he was basically facing her , made her more hopeful than she had hoped for . Grinning , she turned as well , propping her elbow on the table , and placing her head on her palm , raising an eyebrow at him . She wanted to play around with him . Right in front of Lanna . And by the looks of it , this time his attention was on her .

Everyone stared whispering. "Whats with her hair?" "What about her parents?" "She's cute" I was used to all of it. I sighed again and listened to the teacher.
