Alice grasped him as she blocked, twisting him and throwing him down forcefully down onto the floor before jumping back. She might have tried to pin him and gain a point, but she was being cautious... She circled him and watched for another opening before sliding in and delivering two forward punches then curved her body before sliding her foot low across the mat in an attempt to sweep him off his feet..

He quickly did a backflip dodging her sweep. Then as he landed in his feet, he launched a double round-house kick at her. The stoke was more defensive, rather than alfensive. And as he had intended he made her back up and off balance. He took the chance to fire a low punch to her gut.
He soon realised that she expected this, because she grabbed his hand and elbowed him in the side. Then quickly jumped away. One to zero.

Alice stood up straight then trust her right hand forward with her fingertips out toward his throat, following it up with a low-kick/high-kick combination, intending for him to back away from the first attack and leave himself open for the second and third attacks.

He caught he foot and, then quickly sweeped her other with his. She fell to the ground and he steped back to let her get up. 'Damn she's good' he thought bitterly.
