Aim acting odd?

I hope this is the right section.
I just wanted to know if anyone is having trouble with their AIM
At first none of my buddies show up. Then it keeps saying the connection is lost.
And now. I can't log in due to the fact it says I've done it too much.
I don't think I've been banned. I use it for Roleplay really..If anyone can help. I would really appreciate it...
