shivering jenny draws a tattered blanket around her shoulders and scrunches up behind a couple of trashcans,Shed run across the night before the alley smelt of human food as well as other things. Her hair greesy and messed she rubs at her eyes were thick bags have begun to form. The young succubus had settled down amusing it was another restaurant alley. The left overs of both the meals of monster and human alike filling the dumpsters.Left for whoever was Desperate enough to kill or fight for it,and if jenny weren't so tired shed fight for the left over energy gel packs that had been tossed out due to being out of date by a week.
Curling up with her tail wrapped around herself jenny sighs tiredly a few small food packs tucked behind her as she leans against a brick wall. For once more than grateful for being scrawny and short she sighs as her eyes flutter closed taking comfort in the shaded sun before she slips into a simple sleep to tired to keep moving, after a night of running and trying to find a place to hide, and having to pick out pieces of salt still lodged in her stomach she was to tired to give a damn anymore.
she Sleeps even during a fight between a goblin and a hobgoblin over a half empty bottle of whiskey in the alleyway further back.
As the scent of alcohol and burning food from the two star restaurant nearby fills the succubus nose causing her to twitch in her sleep. Her slender tail wrapping tightly around her the tip flicking back and forth, as she dreams.'
Shivering she whimpers her ears twitching at the sound of a smashing bottle nearby as she finds herself surrounded by fire ."NO..no..help!"she whimpers as she finds herself in a small three room apartment shed been in only hours before.shuddering she runs her hands over her unruined cloths that consist of tight black bike shorts and a rap around top to cover her breasts as well as her favorite collar and bell.
she only has a moment to contemplate were she is as she falls back off a mattress shed been sleeping on and watches over the top as several men in black out suits there faces hidden by black lenses that made them seem less human than they really were.shuddering jenny feels a bowl of fear flood through her as they stare at her."...please..we have dont nothing wrong leave now..or else"her father tells them his eyes calm and cold befoer a silver glint causes him to burst into flame.
Shocked jenny shudders as one lights the strange thing on his back and they start to corner her mothers and sisters. after that she looses sight of everything black smoke and horrible smelling sticks burning her just to be near them as they scramble for the only exits, jenny scrambles on hands and knees into a door beneath the smoke and coughs her lunge aching as she tries to find away out.and finally breaths some clean air and spots a tiny crack of moonlight though a blacked bathro0m, window.
jenny climbs for teh window though as she reaches up she cries out feeling something hot burn her wings though she cant react fast as she feels warm hands push her from behind.giving her just enough time to glance back soft golden eyes looking into hers just a moment."heh....oh....."jenny sighs snuggling back into her corner as her eyes look around groggily trying to focus on the face in her dream before she sighs and reaches up her slender fingers running over the bell hanging from her collar.

"Thank you for visssiting, sssir, please come again," žena zmiJa smiles warmly at the middle-aged gentleman, handing the customer his coat and slithering to the door with him. Over twelve feet of tail slide along the ground behind her, she unconsciously choosing to dominate the man by rising to at least eight feet in height on her long torso as she escorts him to the door.

Watching the door close behind him, Zena puffs out her cheeks and blows a sigh through her dark lips, "Well, that's the last one, ladies. You can relax and take a break before we do clean up."

The beautiful Lamia turns and undulates back along the carpeted entrance hall, noting a discarded cigarette butt on the floor near her podium, and enters the club. A half-dozen of the late-night shift, four of them elves and the remaining two succubi, are sitting around the 'meeting table', a table situated dead-center of the underground gentleman's club, designed to seat a dozen humans or humanoids.

One of the elves moves a chair out of the way so Zena can park herself between the elf and one of the succubi, lowering herself to a compact five feet before putting the tips jar from the podium on the table. From behind the stage, three more staff members come to take their places at the table. Exotic dancers, two of the girls are demon-touched half-breeds, the last being a dark elf and their new star attraction since Zena herself had decided to give up being the exotic headliner and function instead as a capable host.

"It was a slow night tonight," Zena begins, peering at the half-filled jar, "but we lucked in to having a visit from Monster Control. You know full well how many of them are monster fetish freaks. I'm sure everyone here received a few gropes and grabs tonight, but all things considering, we made out better than we expected. Monster Control guys tend to play rough and drink hard, so our drinks take will be up."

Turning to address one of the succubi, Zena continues, "Nancy, you did right to break a chair over that new member's head, but if he tries to pull at your tail until it hurts again, just tell your sister succubi, or me, and we'll take care of it next time. Have your sister teach you more about your pheromone release and mental clouding abilities, so you can take control of a situation without bashing someone's head in, okay?"

The succubus called Nancy sheepishly nods, blushing as her sister succubus puts a protective arm around the blushing demon.

"N'dell, you dominate the punters as always, and you've made the stage your own," Zena addresses the dark elf, the woman's inky-black skin glistening with sprayed on glycerin to make it look as though she was sweating, something that her species never do. "Keep this up and I think we'll be looking at getting you a partner, especially for the paired dances. I know you adore the sweet little elves we have as servers, but I've yet to find one that isn't scared of you so much that she urinates herself rather than dance on stage with you."

"What a shame," N'dell purrs, giving some of the elves a smoldering, hungry glance, the elves returning the gaze with a mixture of blushes and squeaks of fear.

"Finally, as we did better than we thought for the night, I'm buying everyone breakfast," Zena announces. "Breakfast Pizza will be here in about half-an-hour, so lets get cracking with the clean up and we'll all enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and some food before we go home or turn in for the rest of the morning."

Stretching her arms and rising to touch the nine-feet high ceiling, Zena adds, "Servers, glasses and ashtrays. Dancers, sweeping and vacuuming. I'll see to the books and bank the take, before bringing back the tips and distributing the shares."

As the girls get to work, Zena smiles. It is a tough and sometimes demeaning job, but she respects every one of her girls in the club. They work because they have to. Money is tight, as are jobs for those that humans call monsters, and the club provides a lot more than just secure employment and in some cases, a place to live.

For in the basement, behind a wine rack, down some dusty, musty steps that smell of orc droppings and decorated with rat corpses, lies the core of the city's underground railroad, striving to help fleeing monsters reach the boundaries of the city and, from there, perhaps find one of the mythical Free Cities, where monsters and humans coexist openly, without prejudice.

Zena dismisses the thoughts of her 'second' job and gets to work with the accounts, choosing to work at the table rather than head to the office. That way she can watch the girls and take all the surreptitious glimpses of soft, female flesh she wants.

On the front door, locked and barred, the sign reads 'The Scaly Station House is closed for the day. We are open at 11:00pm every night except Sunday.'

Frost happened to have been leading the Death Squad chasing the succubus infant. After they had lost sight and could not track it, they returned to the now burned build where they were pulling human and monster survivors out. He doesn't even flinch walking past the death and destruction; there would be nothing left of the house once they had cleansed it. Though law prevented him from doing to the monsters what he would really like to do, he was ok with catching them and collaring the small ones. It was on the big ones that he forced himself to excel and his....killer instinct.

The house was charred rather well, there was just barely distinctive remain of the actual items that adorned the walls and floors. There was actually a hidden door that his boys had manged to yank open. It was a tunnel leading to the sewers, his curiosity got the better of him and he went down into the tunnels, his breathe a puff of smoke. His gloves were already being put on, he could hear channeling and gun fire farther down the hall ways. He bolted down the hall ways as nothing more than a black blur, passing his unit that were chasing and subduing the demons. At the end of the tunnels the wounded demons tried their best to fend off the squad. He charged into the demons before they realized he was there. His fists flew into the demons, the few higher levels that had been hiding down in the basement.

As his fists flew into the targets, they start to completely freeze into solid ice as each blow from hand or foot so much as grazed the target. Once the smoke had cleared he was walking past the frozen statues, the look of horror permanently stuck on their faces. Just how he liked it. He moved back up stairs and joined the priests in a cleansing ritual. He hunted and killed. It was the only thing that kept him...alive, in a manner of speaking. Frost never talked much, so hearing his voice in the ritual was an oddity.

Frost only blessed the sights where the innocent had fallen, where as collateral damage or as fighters defending the monsters. He removed his gloves after the cleansing. it had been 12 minutes since he walked into the tunnel, to long honestly because his fingers were starting to ice over. He walked away from the scene with a saddened look, the chief of police was going to scold him again for misuse/killing monsters that could have been captured for study.

"God-damn it Frost. Did you really have to freeze them. You cant just subdue like most or leave them in enough of one piece that they can be used in the lab?" The chief looked really mad, his short figure was in a very tense position as he had to look up at Frost.

Frost looked at him and smiled, the chief like his brother used to when he would get angry. The smile is VERY creepy coming from one that doesn't smile ever. The smile always made the chief shiver, it was a good thing he didn't do it very often. "Alright chief ill leave the next ones in some semblance of alive. Imma go get some food. Any one want to join me." The last part was said loud enough for his squad to her him.

Shane shook his head. He'd been given orders to personally oversee the 'relocation' of 3 families of non-humans from one apartment building, which he knew meant as soon as he took them to the relocation center would mean that they would get sent to a ghetto-like section of town with no health services and more violent crime than residents. Picking up his phone, he dialed in a number and then activated his synthesizer. He wanted to get at least the kids out of the building before he arrived there. "Saint here." he says, the voice coming through more like a barely pubescent teen this time, "Relocation orders on 3 families at the Sunny Gardens apartments tomorrow. We will remove the children, and any elderly we find. Can't take everyone or they will suspect NHES involvement. Usual rendezvous tonight. Have everything you will need with you." he says, hanging up without giving the person on the other end of the line a chance to reply. He didn't want the call to be traced if they had bugged his contacts.

Standing from his desk, he started to prepare the paperwork for the raid, because he knew they would need to come in with weapons drawn. No-one liked being told they were being taken to a relocation center. He looked up from his desk for a moment and waved over his squad's second in command, who he had slowly and carefully gotten to accept that he helped the non-humans, even some of the full monsters. His entire squad helped him. "Dave, we got 3 families to do tomorrow. That means the kids and elderly tonight, and straight from there to the rendezvous. Can you go let Grant know he will have the fort in 3 hours? The squad will be going out for some recon work." he says, restraining the smile he got when ever he spoke about how they extracted the people they were supposed to relocate.

Underneath the desk, Shane was stretching and flexing his legs, shifting them slowly into a wolf-like shape. He discovered early on when he shifted, if he did something small like that, his body reacted to it as if he'd just been for a run. "What a fucking lazy way to exercise." he thought to himself with a smirk. "When you've informed him, go tell the squad. Kit will be standard recon, with provisions in case of an aggressive situation requiring our entry." Just another of their little codes for Dave to process. This one meant they would be using a falsified reason to enter with one of the families calling in a disturbance at the unit they were going to be in, which if NHES protocol was followed, meant that Grant would have to radio in and tell them to 'sort it out' and calm them all down. Shaking his head, he couldn't believe how easy it was to use the NHES to help the underground guys, by using the NHES rules for capturing and detaining those it felt were 'sub-human'.

jenny wraps her arms around herself as she walks her shoes making a soft crunching noise agaisnt the pavement and gravel of another alley way.they were all were starting to blend together in a confusing mesh of images in jenny's mind.currently though she wasn't focused on that as she slips down a smaller alley that smelt of urine and booze.
sighing she runs her fingers through her soft purple hair and shivers as her small claws scrape over her scalp scratching an itch thatd been bugging her sense she woke up.off and on she scratched but the itch just wouldn't go away, and now now it was getting worse but it wasn't until a loud growl filled the alley did the girl feel helpless there was no food anywhere and her mother wasn't here to feed jenny from her own aura like the girl was used to.
so to keep her mind off the grumbling jenny starts to walk again. The echos off the alleyway walls making them sound much louder on the ground than they really were.
hugging her stomach jenny closes her eyes for a minute her nose lifting to the air as she feels her stomach clench and groan at a scent further down the alley.looking up she spots a rat in a overloaded dumpster her eyes growing large for a moment before she runs to the dumpster and hisses"get go away .."she snarls and throws the rat away smirking as it squeaks and fleas leaving jenny to use a nearby trashcan as a step latter and climb into the dumpster were she found treasure.there was a box of expired spirit pops on the top of the trash freshly thrown out.jenny reaches down and snags a clear plastic bag using a claw to cleanly open it before she starts to roughly lick and slupr up the opudding like substance inside.

"…and sure, I'll let Zena know you're willing to trade shifts for next week," Emily, an elf that works as a server in the Scaly Station House turns from the open rear door and is about to deposit a bag of garbage into their dumpster, but stops herself as she sees that it seems to be filled with more than garbage now.

Okay, now what do I do? The elf thinks quickly before speaking softly, "Hey, hon. You hungry? This is a safe place for us non-humans. You wanna come in and have something better than just old candy? That stuff'll just make you sick."

jenny had been elbows deep in the packs ripping some open and eating the freshest ones she could find. When a voice filled the alley she froze her golden eyes wide and scared as she stares at the stranger green gunk dribbling from her chin and hands.shivering she stares the bright light making her blink as she stares at the silhouette and then panics scrambling out of the dumpster and hiding behind it.jenny crouches down and shivers staring at the other from her hiding spot.Herr eyes shining in the light.

Calling back into the club, Emily says, "Hey, boss! There's a young succubus out here eating out the cans. You wanna come take a look?"

Moments later, the door opens a little more, and the long, majestic and perhaps a little scary form of the hostess, Zena, emerges from the club. She takes one look at the hiding girl and sighs, "I already just got a call from one of our contacts. Saint is moving in to rescue the elderly and children from a residence. NHES is moving them out to one of the assigned areas, so we have no more than two hours – to be safe. Call Breadman and tell him we've got another 'delivery' for him to make. Address is on the table in the office."

Turning back to the girl, she lowers her height right down so that her waist is practically on the ground, "Come here, little demon. None of us are going to hurt you. Would you like something to eat? Maybe a soda? I have coca-cola inside?"

As she speaks, she reaches out with her left hand, holding a fresh candy-bar from the vending machine in the staff room.

jenny shivers from her spot listening to the elf call for someone.she wanted to trust her about what she said she wanted to go inside were it was warm..and there weren't rats..or men, however as the large shape fills the light of the doorway jenny drops these thoughts. Her mind and body frozen as it slithers towards her."what did she mean " assigned area...special package" she wasn't about to go with this woman who knew what she really intended..that is if it was a woman jenny wasn't really sure. All she knew was that she didn't want to be sent away shed spent her whole life in this area.
Not to mention she didn't have any tipes of registry or identification at all."no..."she says though her stomach churns and she tries to hold back a gag as what shed been eating trys to come back up causing a groan to leave jenny's lips as she leans agaisnt the dumpster and then turns away.barely able to bend over before she leaves a present for the rats all over the pavement.

With his squad ready, Shane gives them all a nod as they approach the building that houses the 3 families they are working on getting the people out. Almost like it was cued, the call comes in on the radio of a disturbance between two of the families, and as he is the closest unit, he needs to go sort it out. Smirking, they ready their gear, and go in the front door. At the bottom of the stairs leading to the next floor, they spread out and head up the stairs single file, with Shane leading. Knocking on the first door, he announces who it is, and then nods his head, signalling for the man behind him to break it open. He really hated having to trash their homes, but even when helping them, he had to maintain some facade of legitimacy.

This time when he spoke, he was much quieter, and more like the friend they expected. "Alright. I can't take all of you. You know how this works, I get told where to raid, then I go there and help as many as I can. Three families here have to be raided by me tomorrow, so I am coming to help them as best I can now. Get the kids and the elderly, and any very small possessions they can carry that they wish to take. I can't take everyone, my superiors will know what is going on if everyone to be relocated disappeared. We have about 15 minutes until more units arrive, so we have to be fast."

Ten minutes later, all 8 children from the families, and 4 grandparents were ready, each with a small bag of their own and their families most treasured possessions. Inside the remaining 5 minutes, he bundled them all into a hidden truck, telling them to remain quiet and still. When he returned, they would begin their journey. He just had to make sure the other NHES units, and anyone else the local government decided to send, left before they could work out the kids and old people were gone.

Back in the building, Shane set about preparing the report for the situation to be filed and recorded, each account identical but also differing in enough minor details as to not arouse suspicion about their activities. "No sir," he says into the radio, reporting to the overall NHES commander for the city, "We had arrived in the area to prepare for recon work in readiness for the raid scheduled tomorrow, and received a radio call about a disturbance in this building. We attended as we were required to do, and settled them all down. Apparently someone has bad taste in music, and someone else has no taste." he says with a laugh.

Minutes later, the area had been cleared of other NHES operatives, and then Shane and the squad got back to work at moving the 12 people to their rendezvous with a new life. Two squad members sat in the back with them, while Shane and his squad second were in the front, Shane navigating their way towards the only light industrial area the city permitted non-humans to work in. Coming to a stop inside the ware house, he nodded quietly, and stepped silently from the cab of the truck, moved to the rear and opened the doors, a finger to his lips. No one was to say a word until he indicated it was safe for them to speak. "Bakery delivery." he calls out, the sudden sound almost deafening in the otherwise quiet building.

"I think you should come inside, little one," she says with a soft voice. "You'll be perfectly safe. This is a place of sanctuary for all non-humans. I give you my word that you will not be harmed here."

jenny shivers her tail raised some as she feels the soft hand on her back and she looks over her shoulder. Her hands on her knees at the snake creature her gold eyes running over the other beings form as she tries to think strait. her stomach lurching she shudders and hacks dry heaving as the other touches her."l-leave me alone...lesser"she grunts and shoves her hand away. glaring at the other demon her claws out and her fangs bared as she starts to back away"i...i dont need your help!"she snarls her eyes glinting with what little power she really had before she turns and runs for the alley her feet splashing through a puddle as she heads for a ladder leading up the side of nearby tavern.

From the shadows, a snort, and then the deep, base thump of heavy weight against the ground. The more sensitive might fancy that they feel the ground shake as the person approaches.

"I ain't got no donuts today," the Breadman says, the huge minotaur entering the light, one hand resting on his kopesh sword. "But if you'll deliver the flower, I'll see to it that you get your muffins."

The minotaur stops about ten yards from Shane, waiting for the countersign from the NHES operative, snorting and fidgeting as his muscles rippling under his dark skin.

RE: The Warehouse

Smirking at the sight of the minotaur, Shane nods slowly, "I have the flour, but how about some fruitcake instead of muffins?" he asks, "My mother is having a couple of friends over."

With a laugh, he grins and then responds how he should be, "Donuts aren't my thing anyway. How's the bakery going Max? Still got steady business? I can have another go at getting the NHES to agree to buying it's snacks from you." he says, waving his hand for the back of the truck to be opened and to let out the people inside. "These guys are the only ones I could prevent being taken in the raid I have to do tomorrow. I hate when they put me in the position of having to choose who is saved. Just make sure they all get there safely, and can settle in."

Walking over to the large bull's van, he looks inside, "You need a hand getting room in there for them to sit comfortably?" he calls over, and then thinks for a moment, "Sometimes, I wonder if us humans are the real monsters. I've never seen a single species so bent on eradicating anything it sees as a potential threat, instead of worrying about the real ones."

RE: The Warehouse

Rose grunts her lovely face cast in a spell of blue light as her fingers fly over they keys of her pc.Grunting she smirks as a familiar name pops up in one of the Nhe.Lately shed been avoiding her inside working sense shed gotten the Minotaur his specialized tag.
Smirking she runs a finger over her sweet soft lips and sighs pulling on a familiar headset as she dials into it for a moment and punches in her all to favorite number.A small smirk creeping up her lips as she imagines Shanes phone chirping the specialized tune hed put on just for her though no name would pop up on the collar Id,and the number was always different.

Looking down at his phone as it made a noise at the most unexpected of moments, he smirked, and then got himself back into the not so just-jumped-out-of-his-skin look. "You know not to call me this close to a raid, because I'm likely to be trying to get people away, but I know you just can't resist me, so I can't be too cross with you, can I?" he says with a laugh, "What do you have?"

Instinctively, he silently signaled to his squad to make a perimeter around the refugees, and to shoot without question anyone with a weapon that wasn't known to them. It went without saying it would only be to incapacitate and not kill, as he didn't like killing without due cause. In moments, the children and their grandparents were surrounded by the NHES men, the guns pointing towards the only two doors, and the rear windows.

Rose smirks on her own end and snuffs a cigarette shed been smoking"oh please you look forward to my calls more than our dates"she says and flips through a couple of files befoer laying one out on the desk"but niceties aside i have some interesting information about your heist sight and no your not being moniterd nor are you in danger you can put the guns away"she says as several key strikes are heard in the background"i have servalence up and running ill give you a word if i spot anything.Anyway its about the investigations team that led up to you being sent there.Seems that the NHE has just been sent several obtopsy reports not to mention several sightings of the death dealers."she reports befoer more clicking comes through"what have you been told about your assignment because im getting a lot of hush hush that seems a bit off i dont see why tride cover up a death dealer sighting sense there wanted for over a hundred charges of murder but there doing it."she mutters past a cigarette.
"best i can do for now but i should have more infirmation soon i suggest you check it out yourself before they clean up the seen though shane..good luck"she mumbles with a quite click on the other end.

Thinking quietly for a moment, he leaves his men standing as they were anyway, "Just what are you saying? That they suspect I'm getting people out of being relocated?" he asked, "To answer your question though, only that I needed to relocate those families tomorrow. I was given their names, ages, photos, that kind of thing. Nothing different to the usual information I'm given."

Going quiet again for several moments, he looks back over everything he'd seen. They hadn't seen anyone out of the ordinary in the area they had been in. No one from outside of the sector's normal population. "I can't think of anything that would be out of place with it. I will deal with any of the murderers if I find them."

Dark arrived in an odd place his hand slid into the pockets of his trench coat as his eyes shifted quickly around every possible corner of the town he was in. He had heard of a place, an underground railroad of sorts for non-humans in which he thought they might need a person of his expertise to help out. His feet moved quickly, he had used his very...unorthodox interrogation skills to find out only two simple things. The location of the building and who the hostess/leader of it was. Unsure of what to do he just felt like entering it.

Then...he realized...he had no clue where the hell anything was in this town. "Hello!"Dark exclaimed as he tried to get the attention of anyone for a bit of help, just in time to hear a barfing noise coming out from the side. He rounded the corner and observed two girls standing there, one was younger while th other was much larger in size. He was unsure of what to do so he just went out and asked. "Hello? Are you Zena?"It was directed towards the smaller one, for she looked a little more...dangerous to be exact.

(OOC: "That would be Lamia, not girl, nightwalker!" *whips tail in agitation* ;) )

Watching the young succubus start to head for what could well be further trouble, Zena takes the calculated risk and whips the majority of her body around herself. It is just enough to wrap the last six feet around the girl's waist before she gets out of range, enabling the lamia to hold the girl firmly in place.

For a moment she ignores any complaint from the girl and addresses the newcomer, "I don't know you. How do you know me? What do you want here? I don't have any work for vagrants."

Returning her attention to the young succubus, she pulls the girl in as best she can and gives her a stern glare for a moment, "Stop struggling, you silly child! You're safe here! No more messing about. If you keep on making a fuss the Monster Patrol might be called in, and I don't want them trashing my club!"

Dark peered at the Lamia woman as she grabbed hold of the girl, he was fairly certain something odd was happening, but he directed his attention to Zena. "I am Dark Lowenthal, I'm a hunter of sorts...I've used my unorthodox methods to track you down...do not fret I am no enemy. I am actually vampire."Dark said calmly. "I have come in hopes that I may use my abilities in order to assist your establishment."

His eyes then set upon the demon girl, squiniting slightly he was unsure. "Are you alright?"

"What's going on, human?" the big minotaur demands as he starts loading the refugees into the large bakery van. Bags of flour function as makeshift benches. Even though the huge humanoid looks like and indeed does eat raw meat, he treats the refugees with a gentle grace that betrays a lot about the powerful giant.

"If you've brought down some moronic death squad on my cargo, I'm gonna be really pissed off, Saint," Maxwell growls, one hand sliding to his kopesh and the other helping an old orc into the back of the van.

jenny had made it at least five feet before something warm and scaly wraps around her waist tripping the girl.as jenny fly's towards the ground she yelps and closes her eyes before shes surprised to find her face just inches from the cold concrete.shuddering she struggles in the others grasp she eyes wide the girl flails and screams and even bites at one point trying to dig her nails under the others scales.
hissing and spitting her tail wraps around herself and shiver stares at the other shaking"no..not the men...no .."she whimpers and eventually settles down in the others grasp her pointed ears lax as she looks up at the snake.
\

smiling the woman chuckles and hesitates as she hears a click on her end of the line"..look ill see you later sweetie i gotta go"she says softly and wioth that ends the phone call.

Shaking his head as Rose ends the conversation, he looks to the normally calm Minotaur and shrugs, "If I've brought some death idiots onto these guys, I'm gonna be really pissed, Max. From what Rose was saying, it seems that I may have been set up, I don't know. She only said that there are some things going on to do with the death squads that doesn't add up, and it's on ones that are in my sector." he says, quickly moving over to the truck he had arrived in and pulling his shotgun from his pack.

Thinking for a moment again, "Put everyone in the other truck. You and me go in the van. If this was a set up, they would expect the back of your van, not the truck, to have the people in it. They may stop the truck, but the van... Almost guaranteed to be stopped if this whole thing was the result of a set up. They would open the doors... And find a minotaur who would probably be just a tiny bit angry with them. We won't go straight to where-ever the fuck you take these people I bring you. I'll drive the van randomly until I am sure we aren't followed, and then contact my team to meet up with us again and then deliver the people safely."

"Give me a break! I'm dealing with a worried youth right now," Zena grunts as she grabs hold of Jenny.

jenny had made it at least five feet before something warm and scaly wraps around her waist tripping the girl.as jenny fly's towards the ground she yelps and closes her eyes before shes surprised to find her face just inches from the cold concrete.shuddering she struggles in the others grasp she eyes wide the girl flails and screams and even bites at one point trying to dig her nails under the others scales.
hissing and spitting her tail wraps around herself and shiver stares at the other shaking"no..not the men...no .."she whimpers and eventually settles down in the others grasp her pointed ears lax as she looks up at the snake.

"That's better, little one," Zena says softly, drawing Jenny in and resting a soft, warm hand on her shoulder. "Everything will be okay now, okay? No raids on the Scaly Station House, sweetheart."

Turning back to the vampire, the lamia looks the nightwalker up and down, giving the undead being a cold stare, "I would very much like to know what kind of unorthodox methods you'd need to find my club, considering it's quite plainly lit out front and even has a caricature of my species on the sign. Just what kind of work were you thinking I need from a vampire, hmm? I have more than enough supernatural mouths to feed already without having to deal with the bloodlust of a vampire. Convince me you're worth the time and effort and not some plant from NHES looking to pin underground activity on me and my staff."
