Do you actually refer to anywhere outside of Alberta as "ROC"? Is that a thing in Alberta? Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! How does it feel not to be a teenage waste anymore?
 
lol Generally ROC is term that reffers to anywhere outside of Ontario, since they figure they are the centre of the known universe. But in this case it was easier to use than explain, as I think we in Alberta and Manitoba? oh and Quebec...if you count them, are the only provinces who are legal at 18, everyone else is 19 I believe. So ROC was just eaiser to use :)
