His eyes gazed at every inch of the young woman, feasting on the curvacious waistline, the pair of slender legs, the full medieval dress she had on is nothing more than just a tease as it hugs so very firmly against the perfect feminine figure that every girl in the village are envy of, and every young men in the village yearn to possess. The fuzzy ray of light emitted from the evening sun only furthur glamorize the already stunning young thing, as it shines down on her as she took an exit from the village tavern.

Aaron Bringhurst is a lumberjack in his late twenties, an ordinary villagemen who moved in a few months ago, and residing in the village of Kelpmere, which is quite distant from the larger trading cities. The town is surrounded by thick woods where few men ventured. That is because the dense forest seemed endless. It is said that what lies beyond deep ranged from majestic canyons, streams of rivers, to enormous caves. Regardless of which, human civilization do not exist in those realms, and out of the few men who were brave enough to venture the wilderness, only two to three made it out alive to tell the tale. These men claimed that they have encountered strange creatures before, particularly one that resembles the shape of a human, but takes the form of a wolf which appears when the night comes. They are vicious creatures as reported, as they claimed the lives of many unfortunate adventurers. Their musculine body at least twice the size of a normal male being.

Kelpmere also have a historical record of women vanishing during the time of the full moon. It is not a very common incident, as it happens once every five to ten years. The irregularity made it seemed like those incidents were more of an accident rather than deliberate. But the fact that it all occurs at the same time of the year sparked off debates within the village for decades. Also, each of the women that vanished previously were the brightest gem of the village at the point in time, the ones that gets the best attention out of every men and women in town.

The Full Moon can be distinctively seen as the Sun eventually disappeared from the horizon. It didn't take long before the entire village is covered in darkness. The sky is clear however, as the moonlight this night illuminated the area, alongside the limited number of lit torches that are laid on the only long stretch of dirt path located along the outskirts of the village that connects the North and South areas. together.

The Lumberjack placed down his axe as he watched the lady make her way towards the dirt path, who is probably heading back to her stead since the Southern regions are were all the villagers mainly live in. He began following her from a distance behind as she begins her journey.

Jade had been delievering supplies to the local market. Mostly crops of the sort. She hadn't intended to stay out past dark, knowing of the woman that disappear. But little did she know, it was time for another to disappear and it would be her. Jade could defend her self pretty well, but when it come to being out at night by yourself, well that was a different story.

Currently wearing a long brown dress, medieval styled tightly hugging her body. She was the prize of the town, all the woman envied her perfect long black hair. Her bright blue eyes that drew in any man in a matter Of seconds. Her body was slim, strong an perfect at the same time.

Most thought her to be stuck up, bratty. But Jade was the nicest woman there. Most for the wrong impression and continued to not like her. The men of course loved her, but not actual love. Not the kind she really wanted. Sighing, she picked the pace up as she glaced to the full moon high above the stars.

The mysterious lumberjack picked up his axe, resting it on one side of his shoulder, stalking her from a distance, making use of the darkening environment as the young lady started making her way from the Northern Village and towards the dirt path connecting the two distant town. It wasn't long before the evening sun vanished from the horizon, the surroundings illuminated by the bright moonlight raying from the full moon in the clear night sky.

It has been about 15 minutes since she departed from the northern trading village. The lady barely reaching half way to her destination - her homestead. By now, there wasn't a single sign of human civilisation. Along both sides of the dirt path were endless stretches of trees. The canopy preventing most of the moonlight from coming through, making the entire area look unusually dark. The lumberjack knew the young lady probably didn't expected tonight's journey to be so different from her accustomed day trip since this seemed to be her first ever journey she has decided to take at night for the first time. To him, it was an opportunity that he has been waiting for. The efforts of the beast in disguise paid off finally, after he was patiently watching over what seemed to be the perfect sacrifice for the werewolf tribe all these months since he arrived in the village.

He eventually stopped walking, letting out a wolf howl from what seemed like a moderate distance away from you, as the loud groan broke the tranquility of the night abruptly. After the howl came a moment of silence, before howls of what seemed like at least a dozen other wolves can be heard echoing back from a futhur region.

Following the wave of howls came a strong gust of wind, as the leaves rustled hard, the forest canopy can be seen brushing against one another furiously.
