So it's been about 4 years since highschool for me and I've apparently forgotten the crap math that I've never had to use, at least until now. Does anybody know how to graph a quadratic equation? I need to find the vertex, y-intercept, and x-intercept but I have no idea how to do that.

The y-intercept is when x's value is 0. The x-intercept is when y is zero, so you will need to use the quadratic formula to find it. If it has one. I honestly don't remember a sure-fire way to find the vertex without using calculus. Yes, calculus! (More advanced shortcuts made me forget how to do it in algebra)

You might want to check this out, if you don't have a graphing calculator.

I'm PMing you shortly.

Edit: To find the vertex, the x value is -b/2a. Then just plug that value in to find y. *whew*

And just so you know....... if you or anyone has math issues..... I'm a math nerd, so....... >.>
Even a bit out of practice, I'm not half bad. lol. *flaunts her geeky nerdiness proudly*
