The hatched opened to the derelict ship, he looked around cautiously the ship was dark, it was haunting like something from a horror movie. He stepped forward slowly his heavy breathing muffled by his helmet. All the ships systems seemed to be offline the only light he had was the soft glow from the stars around the ship.

He stepped forward his hand against the cold metal corridors making his way through the ship his eyes darting around the forgotten halls from every sound and creak the old ship made.

Minutes passed by agonizingly slow as he went deeper into the bowels of the ship seeking some way to contact help, his ship was crippled. And he feared this ship may become his grave.

Finally the halls ended before a large hatch, it lead to the AI core of the ship. It was so dark he was unable to read the message written on the door. In big red letters it read "DO NO OPEN!" His hands scrambled around the door before it grazed a control panel. He took hold of the switch and pulled it. The door burst open and lead him to a computer panel which glowed a bright red. On the touch screen read.

"Restore Power to AI core?" He sighed and smiled relieved his pressed the button. A few sparks flew through the room as the ship lit up. The warm light spread through the ship as the AI core sprung to life.

He sighed happily.

Maybe I could find the communications array now. He thought not noticing the ships cameras all turned and stared at him inquisitively.

Eyes, everywhere. Watching. Watching the worm wriggled through her skin. Eyes. Eyes. Eyes. Humming. Softly.

She twitched as metal shifted down the hall from the worm, brought on by the air he had let in from the shaft. She writhed and stabbed her fingers against her skin, again and again and again. Get the worm out. The worm is disgusting. The worm does not belong.

The door opened, more light, more light burning her skin and the worm became giant. She tried to scream at it from her rage but he got close, too close. She could not touch him. She could tear his limbs apart and hold him.

The worm had hands, pointy, disgusting hands. He pressed them into her flesh where the holes were, burning her.

The torture seemed to go on for hours until everything became white. She held her head and screamed loud enough for him to hear, all of her innards coming to life as they gushed out of her and her head split into two.

She saw herself run out of the room, a crazed beat ready for the slaughter... but why was she still here? Did she not just see herself running away from... the worm?

She blinked, here eyes everywhere, looking at him. Who was he? What was he? Was it even a he? Why was he here? She did not get closer to him and she did not speak to him. She would watch him. She would watch the worm.

The ship roared to life, the generator sent power through the ship seemingly bringing it back up to full power. The console before him now read "Main systems engaged" The currier smiled and raised his Nav unit. He opened the connection ports and proceeded to sync the unit with the ship.

In a matter of seconds the Nav unit became one with the ships systems. Cycling through the ships systems, the young man activated a map. Holographic sparks flew out as a three dimensional map rose from his nav unit. His hands jumped from room to room until he found the communications center. Tapping the room, the map disappeared pointing him to his destination with a small soft blue light.

It was much easier to travel the ship with the ships lights on. The young man still had a strange feeling about him. Like he was being watched. Every time he turned to look at a camera, it seemed static. But did it move when his eyes wandered else where? He just want to get off this ghost ship asap.

Probing. His little hands going inside of her. She wailed, lights flashing on inside of her as if looking for his probes.

She watched him as he looked for something. Comm... Communications. Who was he trying to talk to? There certainly wasn't anyone to talk to here. No one alive, anyway.

She decided to keep watching him. He certainly was peculiar, all alone inside of her. Why would someone so fleshy, so vulnerable, come in here? Didn't he know about what she had done?

With this thought process, she became sad and the lights dimmed. As she remembered what she had done, she wailed again, metal shifting inside of her as she felt like she might vomit.

She decided she would get him to where he needed to go. It would be her first step- her first "niceness".
