Climbing the side of the mountain with only the spear on his back and a satchel of home-made, special bombs, he was determined to reach the temple of Azla, a temple said to hold the key to saving the world from when Garuda was summoned. When he arrived to the top of the mountain, all he saw was a small temple-like building as he walked down the path. Entering the building, it was strangely lit up with green fire on the torches on the wall and the room smelled of dust and spiderwebs.

Walking into the temple more, Nathan found some inscriptions on the wall at the very back. Wondering what they were, they seemed to be of some kind of riddle. He had to set some tiles in the right positions and offer a blood sacrifice with each attempt with only one sentence to help him. After about half an hour of trying to solve it, and after several small blood rituals, he finally figured out the puzzle and the wall suddenly collapsed for entrance to another room. Tying up his hand with a bandage, Nathan walks in only to find a coffin sealed with locks. He laughed and took his spear out as he destroyed the locks and began to open the coffin. "What the...?"

Scarlette Rayne's eyes flashed open with a startled expression on her pale face. She had just awoken to pitch black, in a uncomfortable, small space. A coffin. Then she saw light, and for a second she thought she was dead, then realised that someone was opening the coffin. Her bright blue eyes peered at the tall male that stood over her, and she writhed, grabbing a dagger that sat firmly along her waist line. Narrowing her eyes, she peered at the male, squinting from the light that shone on her face. She had no idea how she got there, where she was, what year it was or anything of the such. All she seemed to remember was her name...Scarlette Rayne.

Seeing the girl awake, he jumped back surprised. He didn't think someone who was living inside this temple for as long as it stood, he didn't think they'd be alive. HE figured the coffin held the dead body of some warrior with blueprints of some sort or a weapon that could stop Garuda and save the planet. Getting up, he walked over to the coffin and tried to be nice to the girl he just met. He reached his hand down for her to take so he could help her up. "Um...hey there...living...dead woman thing....do you need help?"

Scarlette's blue eyes flashed to his face, peering at the hand his stuck out. Pursing her lips, she took it, and hauled herself out of the coffin. She peered down at herself, noting that she wore a strapless greek like dress, made of an odd material that looked like silk, though you couldn't see through it. The dress was of a shade of blue, and was held up firmer by brown buckles around her neck, leading to a sash where a sword sat. She drew the sword, carefully examining the blade, before shrugging and tucking it back into the sash. Her foot wear were brown buckle up sandle like shoes. (By the way, this appearance and clothes are off the picture) Feeling something tickling her neck, she brushed it off to see it was cobwebs, which made her shudder. Cobwebs? How long had she been in there? She reached her hand out to shake the male's. "Scarlette Rayne...Where are we?" she asked softly, her lightning blue eyes carefully taking in all that was around her, before dropping themselves back onto the male.

"Where are we? No other than the Temple of Azla. Forgotten temple of the Fallen Savior, the one who tried to save the world once from world wars before he was struck down for others not believing in his wisdom...as for why you're here, I'm not sure. Though, what were you doing sleeping in the coffin? You...how long have you been here? How'd you get past the riddled wall without destroying it to get in?"

Scarlette was slightly taken aback. She had no idea who Azla was, or anything about a riddled war. "Huh?" her blue eyes flashed. "I have no idea...." she murmured.

Nathan shrugged. "Well...do you need help getting home?" There was something odd about this girl, why was she sleeping in a coffin within the temple?
