The vampire mansions new arival(mistress X killer)

Anne's eyes wondered from one end of the restaraunt to the other as Kenny guided her in. It was not often she went to places like this, in fact she had not done so in at least a decade. "The balcony sounds nice." she replied nodding her head. The waiter guided them over to the table by the balcony and she waited once more for her chair to be pulled by either Kenny or the waiter before she would sit down. Then they started out with ordering drinks. She asked simply for a coke as she sat a cloth in her lap, resting her hands on top somewhat nervously. She knew proper table etiquit. Yet she was shy being so far away from most that she knew, Victoria, the servents and guests, practically anything inhuman. She felt a little out of place. "You thought of everything for tonight." She complemented him with a smile.

"well it's been a long time sens ei've given a girl this rtreatment, figured i should make ti nice, especialy sens eyou said you hardly get out." Kenny said with a happy grin after orderign soem coek as well, he would have ordered wien if the girl hadn't still been 19.(21 to drink in cali dotn knwo about were you live) "sorry it probably isn't as fancy as were your family goes to eat." Kenny said sheepishly now rememerb how rich her family must be.

"That's thoughtful of you." She smiled before looking down at the menu trying to decide what to eat. "Don't appologize." She shook her head. Her hand now covered her mouth as she tried not to laugh too hard. She knew it must have looked strange for her to laugh at his comment, he had no idea the irony and humor she found in it. "Don't appologize. I don't know if the way my family eats is that fancy, but the food definitely is different." She commented as she calmed down. "This restaraunt is perfect." She reassured him. "Its different, in a good way." She told him.

"I really would wish to see your family one of these days, you say they are sol odd and mysterious, you act liek they are some kidn of mosnters."K nney said, intereste din knowign what thsi girl was hiditng so much from him. "bbtu i gues if that is a sore subject we can talk about somethign else." He said as eh gave his menu tot eh waiter as he gave them their drinsk and asked for an order. (i am no good with italian names so i not statign mine XD)

She let out a small snicker when he said monsters. "You will meet them soon enough." She reassured him. She gave the waiter her order, it was some type of alfrado pasta that looked good on the menu. "Though they aren't exactly my family, not in they way you have a family." She began "And once you meet them you may regret even meeting me." Her voice showed a bit of hesitation, some regret as she went one. Then it lightened up a little with her next words. "Well, I moved in a long time ago, but I am not related to anyone. Victoria, my roomate I suppose you could say, the young miss whom the mannor belongs to is in a way blood related to the servents and guests in one way or another. However none of us are born of the same parents." She tried to explain the way things were the best way she could without giving anything major away. "I know its difficult to follow but in time you will understand." she added skeptically, now looking at him to see his reaction.

" 'in tiem you'll come to understand' souns like some cheap cult sayign form a horror movie." Kenny said with a chuckle (i havign fun with this as you can tell, "so what blood related liek cusin and autns and stuff, or liek the asian clans were liek ever oen has the same last name?" Kenny asked curiously, intriuged byt he idea but it wasn't uncommon in soem cultures to have a house run liek that.

((I can tell >.<))
"Well its complicated to...someone outside the family." she had to pause in the middle of the sentence to stop herself from saying human or the living. "I suppose it does sone that way." She snickered once more at his little joke. "It is more like a clan than cousins." she told him even though that word did not completely fit either. "When you meet them you will understand." she told him as the waiter returned with their food.

"they sound fun atleast, unliek me, i have a an older sister and brother, and a younger sister and brother, i'm the middelchild, my older sibligns out explorign the world and well obviouslyt eh younger woens are still stuck at ome." Kenny said figurign he owed her for her tellign her livign style, grinnign as the food came. "well i gues it'stiem to eat." he said, actualy waiting a mometn to see if she woudl eat first befoer takign a bite of his pasta plate.

She nodded head respectfully as he suggested they begin to eat. Picking up her fork it felt a little strange actually eating something but as she chewed and swallowed the first bit happiness and sorrow came over her at once. The food was delicious, but it was also a reminder that she was dead. Her body, how limited it was, did not yearn for food, so she enjoyed it merely for the taste rather than necesity. "It must be nice having such a large family. I'm sure your siblings miss you." She said what was proper at the moment as she ate. "What about you're parents? Are they a nice couple? Happily married?" She questioned him.

"it weas chaotic growing up, but yeah my parents are happy, that i know of, my dad and my older sister are on a reascher team so they travel palces while my mopther stays at home witht eh yougner siblings, when they get old enough my mother will join my dad ion the travels, btu for now they feel it's good for teh children to learn in a stabel envioerment and not alwasy havign to constatnly change friends." Kenny rambled off befeor catchign himself with a nervous chuckle. "sorry about that, I don't get to talk about family much with the guys at school, they don't really get itno personal conversations." Kenny said with a litle shrug, actualy glad hto have soem oen to talk to.

She listened to his rambling story, interested in what he had to say. "Don't worry about it. I am not one of the boys." She smirked. "The research your family does, is it on cryptozoology as well, or are you the odd one in the family?" she asked him curiously.

kenny nodded witha grin, "all of tehm are biologists or zoologists, I just seem to liek the unknown better tehn studying what has alreayd been found." Kenny said matter a factly8 as he took a few mroe bites of his food, before answerign her otehr statmetn. "of cours ei know you are far form one of the boys, i have first hand experience in that." HE said witha wink.

Anna blushed modestly, taking a sip from her drink. Her fork poked around at her food a little bit before she continued to eat. "Curiousity is human nature. Studying the unknown sounds both exciting and dangerous." She said as if she was impressed by his bravery. "How do you plan staying safe in your research? Are you going to walk around with stakes and holy water to wart off evil spirits?"

Kennys grin didtn seem to disapear durign the conversationa s he answered ehr. "well there are a few facts sayign that the holy water thing is just a religious myth, and any sharp object through the heart seems tow ork... but this is all theoretical and truthfuly i dont know if there are any mroe 'livign' vampries, there havent been any cases that sugest them not lately atleast otehr then what peopl call messe dup cults." Kenny said once more goign off in a rant befroe blushignt o stop himself as he began eatign again.

"Oh..well in that case it appears you'll be quite safe doing research." She admitted. "Though I suppose it is also a disappointing thing for you because it leaves so little to study." She smiled to him as she continued to eat. "Then again...if vampires have lived centuries keeping there presence hidden, it only makes sense to assume there may be just as many 'living' now as there were in the past." She suggested as she finished her food and the waiter came to take her plate. She laughed "I can see I've been asking too many questions." She admitted sheepisly. "Is there anything else you would like to ask me?" She questioned him.

"All i'm curious about is this surprise you say you have waitign fro me." Kenny said witha chuckle. "I feel i know you enough fro now i dont want to dig too deep into your past." Kenny said as he puleld otu hsi wallet as he looked at eh check to ebgin payign for eh food.

"I had a feeling you would say something like that." She giggled. "You will have your surprise after you take me back to the mannor." She reminded him. She stood from her chair as he payed the bill. "So...where shall we go now?" She asked eager to know what he had planned next.

"I'm almsot tempted to bring you back to the manor." Kenny said witha chukel as eh got upa dn escprted ehr to teh car. "just a stroll throughtthe park to brun off what we ate." Kenny said as eh opene dthe car door for ehr befeor gettign on hsi side and slowly takignt eh drive down toewn to head to the centeral park int he middle fo teh city.

"And cut our date short?" She shook her head. "You need a little more patience." She told him as he escourted her back to the car. "The park sounds lovely." She commented as he told her where they were going. The smile across her lips clearly stating she was looking forwards for a stroll. She got in the car and buckled once more and on their way there she would look out the window at the city for a while before looking back over to Kenny and back out the window.

"good here we are." Kennys aid as he parked teh car a block form the park and let Anne out, to escort her to he park follwoint eh street lights.

Anna got out the car and walked along Kenny towards the car. She wrapped her arm around his waist to lean close against him. "It's a beautiful night." She said softly as she looked up at the sky ahead. There were not too many people out in the streets, she was especially grateful they never ran into anyone she knew. She looked upwards to admire the full moon shining down.

"Not to soudn cheesy but.." Kenny pased almsot going to kill himsefl fro sayign this. "every nigth wit you is a beautiful night."He blushe dotu as he said it, pullgin her closer to kiss her forehead and hopefuly hide the color change.

She smiled tilting her head to rest it against him, her smile growing larger with his warm kiss. "You're right, its cheesy" she smirked. "But sweet." She added on. "I'd never thought it when I met you but you could be a softy." she said lightly "A real gentleman." she complemented glancing up at him.

"Oh no don't be saying that allowed, i have a reputation to uphold."Kenny chuckled out as he began guiding her tot eh pond to stand at teh edge of the pond.

Anna giggled to his reaction. "With who? You're friends are not here. You have no one to impress tonight but me." She said as they stopped at the edge of the pond. "Then again, I am a tough one to impress." She teased as she sat down beside the edge. She slide her fingers in the cool water, disrupting the reflection of herself and Kenny.
