So how many hours of sleep do you normally get at night?


I end up going to sleep late (evident now) and probably only get like 7-10 hours depend if I wake up in the afternoon or not.

This will only be my schedule for the next 2 weeks until school kicks in again though >_>''

I generally take cat naps since I have no real schedule as of right now.

I can get 2-3 hours of sleep in one setting but end up sleeping about half the day in full hours...

If I am lucky I can get my room freezing cold, wrap up in my blanket and sleep for a good 8-10 hours

Depends on my schedule and mood.

If my mood drops, I could be sleeping 12 hours a day and still feel exhausted, or maybe only 4 because I can't get to sleep or I can't stay asleep. During finals... sometimes I don't sleep at all save for one, two hour naps. Nine seems to be what I need 'normally', but lately I've been having problems getting to sleep. Again.

I try to get 8 hours but rarely get it. I've had jobs that required me to be in by 7am for so many years that even when I don't need to wake up I still do.
