mmmm, people should have seen me when I was living in my old apartment.
Because of all the bugs and shit I was getting panic attacks and couldn't sleep for shit.
WoW did not help this at all.

but now that I've moved my sanity is doing much better.




insomnia sucks.
due to lack of sleep the body doesn't have that designated time to recuperate....

luckily I'm good with self-control (in most cases) so I don't go punting babies or small animals very often.
paranoia likes to try and creep into my list of issues but I manage to fight it off with reason and common sense.
