Ok so I needed a change, and some people say they like it a few other say they miss the red. What do you think?

I would say the black is better. Though really its up to you.

The black shows off your eyes way better, and you have nice eyes.

So I'd go with the black, yeah.

Based on those pictures, the red brings out the uneven nature of your complexion.
The black seems to mellow out the reddish tint to your skin and makes you look lily white and even.
I'd stick with the black if I were you.

But it is hard to tell. The flash is washing you out.

Black is awsome look on you -nods- I myself have always wanted black hair but everyone likes me with my blonde hair..O.o..I say stick with black or what reaper said..black with red highlights is what I've always wanted or black with blue highlights..but it's your choice..you shouldn't let anyone choose for you.

I think that extra paleness comes from the angle that the camera is taking the picture.

I'm really that pale....and at times I hate it. I think I was just embracing my paleness when I went with the black, I also think it makes my eyes pop. I like both colors, black is just new ^^

I honestly like the red better. It looks much more natural and with the black you look slightly sickly. The black brings out your eyes and your complexion but the red makes you look healthier.

The black does look better, but keep in mind, black is a very easy color to pull off. I would have gone with a mid or dark brown if you were going to change it to something else, it's more natural looking and also holds personality.

On an unrelated note, you have amazing eyes. I notice things like that and yes I know I am odd. :-)

I worked as a hairstylist for about a year or so.

Take my advice and go with the red. The black is too extreme,
and makes you look a little pastier then you are actually pale.
It also doesn't do much for your face or eyes, and makes you look very plain.

The red, however, makes your eyes pop; it's a lovely shade,
and frames your face nicely.

I also agree with the red making you look much healthier.
Makes you seem much more colorful, too.
