The correct weight for someone at 5 foot is between 100 and 116 llbs. I'm usually around 98-100 and I only know this because my ex was a personal trainer, I'm not some weird health freak=].

I'm 5'4'', but my healthy weight is 150lbs as opposed to many whose is like 115lbs.

I have big child-birthing hips, big muscles...big everything. I'm just built that way. Probably more of that pesky Native American blood. =P

Except hands and feet. I wear size 6 shoes. xD
