First off, let me apologize for the corny alliteration in the subject line. I just couldn't resist. Anyway, I figured a good way to get started on this site would be to put up some sort of roleplaying profile for myself, so my prospective partners will know what they're getting into (or steering clear of, whichever the case may be). I actually went the lazy route and just copy-pasted my profile from another adult roleplay site, but I'll probably do quite a bit of adding/editing.
tl;wr? - well, here's my F-List, which I'm not 100% sure I filled out correctly, but I think it's close enough for now.
Gender: I'm male, and I think I could only convincingly play a male character. I guess if the situation called for it, I might enjoy playing a futanari ("hermaphrodite" or "dickgirl" to the less-nerdy), since I'd still have the same organ thinking for me.
Age: Somewhere in the 20's-30's would be my preference, but I could probably be pretty flexible. Nothing under 18, though.
Orientation: Inflexibly straight. Not that there's anything wrong with the alternative, it's just not the way I'm programmed.
Power Exchange: I generally lean a little towards an even sexual playing field. However, that's always been my partners' preference, too, so I haven't had a lot of experience with stories involving dom/sub relationships. I don't mind if there are some dom/sub aspects to the characters' relationships, since I think in almost any relationship there's at least a hint of that sort of power exchange in some form or another, but I prefer to let those roles develop naturally as our characters interact. I'm probably not going to enjoy a story where dom/sub is the defining theme, and if that's the most important part of an RP for you, you should stop wasting your time here and start looking at other potential partners.
Bodytype: I can be somewhat flexible on this to fit the needs of the story, but generally I like to play devastatingly handsome, overly-endowed alpha studs in unbelievably good shape who can fuck all night and cum like a fire hose. If I wanted to spend time being an average dude, I'd just walk outside. As for the female lead in the story, ideally I'd prefer that my partner plays a character whose sex appeal similarly stretches the boundaries of believability (gorgeous, fit, top-heavy, insatiable, etc...). Now it's important to note that playing opposite that sort of character isn't absolutely necessary in order for me to enjoy the story, but, basically, if you play a character with a body like Denise Milani's, I will do pretty much anything you ask me to.
Alternate species/fantasy races: I prefer playing (and playing with) humans, or something of similar shape, size, and proportion. I'm not all that into playing with anyone who has full-body fur, an animal head, or animal genitalia.
Settings: I'm game for almost anything - modern, horror, sci-fi, fantasy - but I'm probably not a good candidate for a historical story if you're at all concerned with accurate knowledge of the subject. And I should mention that, since creating original characters and worlds is one of my favorite parts of writing, I will never, ever, under any circumstances, play in a fandom.

* Sexually experienced women - not necessarily "slutty" (though I'm totally cool with that, too
), but naivete just really doesn't turn me on at all.

* Super innocent/naive characters - Way too often I see this played up to the point where no matter what I'm told the girl's age is, it feels like I'm being tricked into playing a pedophile
* Second-person narrative - Please, never, ever use the word 'you' when referring to my character in the narrative portions of your posts, and don't expect me to do so for your character. I'm not involved in the context of the story in any way. Your character is interacting with my character. Otherwise it feels too much like cybersex to me. Like I say above, I'm me all day long. I come here to play someone else.
Story Ideas/Pairings:
I had a few ideas that, even if they don't appeal to you, might give you an idea of the sort of stuff I like:
1) Superheroes: The setting is a world similar to what you'd find in Marvel/DC/Image comics, where the existence of superhumans is publicly known. The powers can come from a genetic mutation, magical intervention, alien origin, some freak accident, or anything else you can think of; it's all possible. Some use their powers, some end up in the role of superheroes, some end up closer to supervillains, and some just want to try and live as close to a normal life as possible. One young woman has decided to 'come out of the closet' and try to use her powers for the greater good. Not knowing where to start, she seeks the advice of a famous hero she greatly admires, wanting him to mentor her. He reluctantly agrees to let her tag along, but sees a great deal of promise in her and decides to team up with her and show her the ropes. However, in addition to things like superhuman strength, speed, and endurance, superpowered individuals tend to have a similarly superhuman sex drive. Will the two make an effective team, or will they prove to be more of a distraction to each other?
2) Fantasy: A beautiful, sinister sorceress is already among the most feared magic users in the world. But the thing about power is the more one has, the more one craves. Always seeking ways to increase her magical abilities, the sorceress uses ancient magic to summon and bind a powerful incubus as her familiar, to have him teach her arcane secrets from beyond the realm of mortal knowledge. As impressive as her magical abilities are, though, she underestimates the amount of power the summoning requires to be performed properly, and as a result she cannot control the demon as she had hoped. However, the demon is in no hurry to be banished back to the netherworld again, so he plays along and agrees to teach the sorceress the secrets of infernal magic. He instructs her in the ways of the succubus, drawing sexual energy from another to magnify one's own power - and he is a very hands-on teacher.
3) Modern/Cliche: A single father is finally trying to get back into the dating world. Unfortunately, his most recent date has to end prematurely. Since he'd planned to be out very late, his babysitter had already made arrangements to stay at his house overnight, so he decides to spend the rest of the evening hanging out and talking with her. Already sexually frustrated, he starts to notice more and more how sexy the young woman who's been watching his child really is...
4) Modern/Incest: Father and daughter have always been very close, since the mother hasn't been around for a long time (the reason why is up for discussion). The daughter, who has moved out but still lives close to her father and visits him fairly often, worries about him getting lonely, since even though he dates from time to time, his relationships never last very long. During one of their father/daughter dinners at his place, she finally brings it up. The two have always been very open with each other, and with a drink or two to loosen his tongue even further, the truth comes out - no women he's ever met has been able to keep up with him sexually. The daughter is visibly shocked, not so much from the revelation, but by how much his situation parallels her own - it seems off-the-charts sex drives run in the family. It's not too much of a jump in logic for them to come to the conclusion that each is exactly what the other's been needing their entire lives.
While I'm working on putting some more detailed plot ideas up, I'll just list some extremely basic pairings that I'd be into, some of which I have more detailed ideas for, too. Keep in mind, this list is not even close to comprehensive, so feel free to pitch your own.

What I'm Looking For: I'm pretty much just here to write something fun and sexy. In my stories, I prefer to get to the sex fairly quickly - though not necessarily immediately - and then, if my partner and I find that we write well together, build the story from there. Interesting, well-developed characters and storyline are still very important to me, but the sex should be the key component. I once read somewhere "If you can remove the erotic elements and it still works as a story, then the story isn't erotic fiction." (although in the quote the word was "science" not "erotic"). This is probably a pretty good guideline for what I want/expect in a good erotic roleplay.
How I Like to Play: Playing via IM would probably be my top choice, but it can take me a while to write a response just the way I like it, so I've found a lot of IM partners lose patience with me. Recently I've been having more luck with PMs, and emails work just as well for me. I would really rather not play in a public thread. Even in IM, though, just a one or two line post won't do it for me, but a good, solid paragraph or two is fine.
