Tokyo, Japan. 21st century. Since whenever, Japan has entered into a Totalitarian government; Everything is run by the police, but the people still have their freedoms. Since the rule of the Rokkaku Dynasty has taken effect, several gangs of rollerbladers have emerged to usurp the tyrant government: The GG's, Poison Jam, The Love Shockers, Rapid 99, The Immortals, The Doom Riders, and The Noise Tanks, a government formed gang. Lately, Newer gangs have sprung up to combat the next tyrant of the Rokakku Dynasty, and with the aid of DJ Professor K, will again bury Tokyo in Grafitti.

three rival Roller-blading Graffiti-tagger gangs battle for territory, while keeping up their own morale, their ultimate goal being to "Bury Tokyo In Graffiti," just as the GG's Had before.

This Is a gang of elite Bladers who were once in it for sport, but took a can in hand and followed the legendary GG's in their mission to do what roller-blading gangs do. These guys are the real deal, and have major success and fame, but they too have their share of problems, and still manage to be awesome they are a mix of dominants and submissives, but still manage to pull off being the super-power of the Tokyo-to Streets.

This Gang is a group of guys who go to boarding schools, Private Academies, and have academically excelling standards overall. Many members of this gang chose to join because they don't want to work for the government, the olny path that they're education is taking them. the mebers of this group are usually stuck up, and see themselves as dominants, but couldn't make a single soul even think of "assuming the position" to save their own lives- despite their dominatrix exteriors, besides their leader, a very silent guy who comes off as submissive, but is also a fearless leader with a plan for almost every situation.

A new group of young-ish Taggers that reside in the age range of 17 to 20. many of the members in this group are indeed dominant, despite their age, but are still emotionally sensitive, due to puberty. they are in a half co-op with the "0-1's," since many of them have been fans or members of the 0-1's when they were blading for sport. these kids aren't to be looked over, however, because what they lack in age, they make up for in artistic skills and style, as well as agility, so they can get to higher places, if need be, and their appearances are deceiving.

The Razor Devils are the shock troops of the revolt. Refusing to be placed in traditional roles and refusing to allow the rich and powerful to abuse the lower class with impunity they fight back with brutal, yet effective, guerrilla warfare. Utilizing information and vandalism the Razor Devils spray paint the crimes of the upper class on their own homes, list off the crimes of corporations, and break down traditional norms as best as they can. Their strength lies in the vast network of contacts who feel bullied by the businesses and powerful CEOs which grant them the knowledge they spread around the cities. Their weakness could be seen in their brash nature and a dislike of trusting those in power.
