Just like the Title says. Imagine our bird headed chuuni not with the Quirk Dark Shadow but something worse... Far FAR worse. The Darkness. If you ever played the two The Darkness games or read the comics then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The ultimate evil, an entity that existed before God made Light, the thing that taught the Devil all the evils associated with him, the one who reshapes Hell at a whim, he who delights on our suffering.
So what if The Darkness, deciding not to stick to one bloodline anymore, sends out little pieces of itself throughout the multiverse and one of those pieces lands on Fumikage's soul. Replacing Dark Shadow with itself, giving Tokoyami incredible powers at the cost of his eternal soul and a cursed bloodline. Of course since it's just a piece and not the full thing it could be somewhat influenced by Tokoyami depending on his actions similar to the Toxin Symbiote though at best Tokoyami might be more of an Anti-Hero or Vigilante depending on how much he lets the The Darkness piece influence him as the piece will always nudge Fumikage towards violence and other stuff The Darkness would love to have it's hosts do.
Considering what powers The Darkness gives to it's hosts I dare say Fumikage could be as powerful as All-Might in his prime or as All-For-One.
