Hate and hurt can consume a person, they can live, eat, and breathe it. But what does it take to make them so hateful? A traumatic event in their lives, such as losing a loved one to another woman? That is what happened to a woman named Dresden. Once a loving, kind person had become lost to the bitterness in her heart. She sits in her house day after day, with nothing but the hate that consumes her, the hurt just dripping off of her body. Dresden sat on their bed rocking herself back and forth, staring at a picture of the man that was the target of her hate.

To think that she loved him, that he was everything she lived for. They had been the perfect couple, together for six years. She could remember sitting in front of their fireplace cuddled under a blanket, just talking for hours. It was those thought that fueled her hate though. He was now cuddled up with another woman, telling her how much he loved her. What had she done to deserve his love? Dresden waited up for him when he worked late into the night, made dinner for him every night, washed his clothes, cleaned their house, she did everything that a wife would do for her husband. All for nothing, as another woman was doing that for him now.

The manner of which he broke her heart was so very cruel. Dresden had dinner ready for him, planned out a romantic night for just the two of them. He had walked in through the front door, with a smile. He ate the dinner she prepared; told her that she was pretty, told her that he loved her. Seemed so perfect, her plans working out well. Dinner was done, and they went out by the fire place. Things got heated in more ways then one, and he had made love to her. It was he was passionate, he was affectionate, she adored him, wanted more of him. Then no sooner had they finished he came out with it. â??Iâ??m in love with another womanâ?¦â? Those six words tore down her world, could anyone out cry the millions of tears she shed?

That was the only time he did not comforter her, Drake just left her alone to drown in her sorrow. Dresden begged him, pleaded with him, told him how much she loved him, but he still packed up his thing, and left the house without so much as a good bye. She sat in front of the front door for hour, praying as hard as she could that he would come back into her arms. Yet he never did.

That day Dresden died, she turned from the sweet and affection woman, and became a product of hate. At first it started out with her hating him, and slowly the other woman was thrown into the mix. Did she know he was not single, or had he lied to her as well? Not that it mattered to her, the fact that she took him in, did the things that she should have been doing, loved him, when she had him first was enough to make Dresden hate her. How long had this affair been going on? Days, months, yearsâ?¦had he really been lying to her for years?

Making love to her after he had been with her? Kissing and holding the other woman, then come to do the same thing her? How could he?

Rocking herself, and staring at his picture, she knew she had to have that last say, had to have revenge. Both of them would feel and see how hateful she had become, and in their pain, she would be happy once more. So the next day, and without much sleep Dresden ripped apart her basement. Everything that had once been his she destroyed, smashed, and even burned. She pulled out all of her savings, and spent it all on remaking the basement into a torture room, buying ropes, all types of bondage gear, toys of pleasure and toy that would provide a good deal of pain. The Basement was transformed, into something that would give anyone nightmares.
