Kind of really stupid question

How do you find people to RP with, all I see are private RPs.

Go to either the Roleplay Requests by Females, Roleplay Requests by Males, or Other Requests and Coordination forum and find a post of requests with something that strikes your fancy and reply to them in the thread or via PM, or post your own thread of requests.
